Welcoming staff, clean and tastefully decorated. Nice pool on the roof with view of burj al Arab. Tucked away off the main beach and offers great value for money. Breakfast was great. I will stay again. Thankyou!

Very clean, friendly staff from those who checked us in including Chahinez, the lady and gent who served us in the restaurant during breakfast with a smile, all made our stay worthwhile . Raj Kumar and Sankar thank for for the beautiful surprise in the room. The happy anniversary decoration in our room and personalized note was highly appreciated. I recommend this hotel and hope to visit again soon.

The AC unit in my room was noisy and I sometimes could hear the movement of the chairs upstairs.

The breakfast was very good and the staff was very friendly. I remember talking to a waitress from Mianmar. She was great.

The Lemon Tree Hotel is in a fantastic location for those who want to be close enough to the inner city (about a 20 min drive) and the beaches (about a 10 minute drive or morning walk before it gets too hot). The staff were friendly, checking out and checking in was a breeze and there was always someone at the front desk - even in the early hours of the morning. The cleaning staff made sure the room was kept clean and always greeted us in the mornings and evenings.

That was a nice stay with good attitude from staff side as well as good quality service overall. Room is always clean (kudos to housekeeping team) and facilities works well, breakfast are perfect and waiters are superpolite and ready to help.

you have to get a taxi anywhere. However this is the case for most places in Dubai. Also one of the days on our stay we experienced maintenance work. This started at 8am in the morning. We were having a pool day so we did notice this as it was quite loud.

The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. I especially need to give a shout out to the staff who do the breakfast shift, giving us recommendations of new meals to try! The service is brilliant, always checking in on you and seeing if they can help with anything. We have had the pool to ourselves both pool days we had whilst at this hotel. There was an odd person here and there, but was very quiet which we enjoyed. The rooms were very clean and tidy, so Thankyou so much to the cleaners.
