A power point in the bathroom for the hair dryer etc would be great The areas outside need a LOT of work: so many barren areas, broken footpaths and mimi sand dunes insides the grounds! I can appreciate this will take significant time and funds to complete My friend suggested some comfy sofas and coffee type tables near the pool area We didn’t eat in the restaurant as the prices were quite exorbitant

Beautiful quiet location with lovely views of the surrounding area Renovations attended during the C-19 pandemic have really improved the interior feel. The peace and serenity was really appreciated! And the weather arrangements were perfect 🤩

The staff needs a proper handover communication. The receptionist we spoke during our check in gave us a discounted price for additional people we will bring in for breakfast buffet. During the morning, the staff wasn’t aware and didn’t even let our team took the breakfast even they told them they will pay. We told them we will pay and the receptionist keep bothering us for the payment while we are eating. We told them can we do this after our food? And it seems he can’t understand.

The staff was so friendly. It's really a bit of a hotel in the middle of nowhere, but very comfortable and clean and actually relaxing being so far from urban noise and crowds.

Pool needs to be renovated, so does the rest of the external facilities and more shades needs to be added. Breakfast was s-l-o-w but then we were there at the end of Ramadan and the buffet was not available. Dinner options are limited if you stay more than 2 nights.

The room was beautifully decorated (the one we had been recently refurbished). It was really clean and though it was very warm outside, the room was kept cold. There is happy hour to enjoy - though limited drink options. The hotel is well located and easy to find.

The food choice for dinner!! Menu needs to be simple but fresh. Location away from fresh produce sources is an issue. Indian cuisine choice fared better on night 2. Breakfast did well, it was simple, honest fare (eggs, fresh tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers) with good coffee. Forget the tinned/packet, frozen options. Fresh and simple is best.

The interior fitout was to very good standard. Pretty decor, without destroying the original feel of the hotel. Fabulous bed and bathroom linens. Comfortable bed. The staff were amazingly accomodating and helpful. Fantastic location.

I had uninteresting view of carpark...get a room on 2nd floor and/or right side of hotel. Netflix didn't work. Not all drinks available. Didn't seem to have option to put extras on room. Some staff really need to improve their English.

Rooms are superb. Spacious bedroom plus a small "lounge" area (with a bath!). Lots of tables, chairs. Big TV. Tea/coffee making facilities. USB charging next to bed. Very warm and friendly staff. Excellent food. The general area (Liwa Oasis) is wonderful. Amazing for the price.

This property needs more love and care. Grounds need investment. Lobby and rooms look good. Staff are doing their best but they need additional training.

haha, it more funny than a complained but wanted to mention. We were with a group of 8 people. We ordered some beers....there were only 5 beers left in the whole hotel. We ordered a bottle of white wine.... only 3 different wines available and only 3 bottles. No issue we go to red wine they only had 3 bottles of Red wine left in the whole hotel. That at least is very strange right? Same with the food and same with next day morning. It was just if they would shut down or something.

It's a very nice location especially after the upgrade they had done.

The new modern design is fantastic, rooms were spacious. Staff is very nice and helpful, they made our stay very comfortable. The pool was rather simple but with decent size and so refreshing!
