Arrived quite early before check-in time but Rose was very accommodating and offered us an upgrade which was well received! Some very nice extra touches from the cleaning staff (Bivek) and others made us feel very welcome.

The stay was awesome. The only downside was amount of food at breakfast. There wasn’t much, but it was delicious. There are also queues for breakfast after 9 a.m. Other things were perfect. The hotel is clean, the pool at the top is breathtaking.

The hotel is very nice but we had a small surprise when we got there. All tho the building is 64 stories high, the hotel is just on the 14th - 25th floor. The rest is residential apartments. So if you pay more and book a city view, you get a city side view but we got 15th floor, so there’s not that much to see. And I booked 5 months ahead so I was at least expecting a higher room. Sadly no. The room itself was very spacious and luxurious. Word of advice, if you get the city view room, it can be a bit noisy and the noise is coming from the Lamborghinis that drive past. Breakfast is really good. Not just the food but also the dining area. We tried also a hotel restaurant called paparazzi. The food was good but that interior needs a makeover. The hotel definitely was missing a cozy evening romantic atmosphere lounge. 64th floor pool. Really nice view but be prepared to go there 8 in the morning to get good sun beds. That’s that I guess :)

Our vacation was amazing! The entire team provided kind and highly respectful service. Breakfast was diverse and delicious. Totally worth the price. Housekeeping by Bijay was meticulous and responsible. We truly enjoyed our time.

Dubai as a city is amazing and safe , but for the transportations prepare to use taxi many times.( it is very cheep). Metro is overcrowded and not reccomented . Going to burg khalifa tower takes 30 minutes by foot ,crossing dangerous expressway roads

The TV couldn’t be connected via cable, and our Chromecast kept switching due to another guest, or we couldn’t stream because the hotel had reached the maximum number of allowed streams.

Amazing tidiness with a great eye for detail by the housekeeper Nisha. The room was beautifully cleaned right after we stepped out. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such detailed cleaning anywhere else. Thank you, Nisha!

The hotel is greatly located, easy to use metro, get taxi or walk to the center. The hotel personnel was really friendly, with a great variety for breakfast. The stay was enjoyable and pleasant.

Close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai mall. The food in the rooftop restaurant was delicious and the waiting staff were very friendly. Sipi and Umar in particular.

It was sometimes noisy because of the construction side/ Cars but we got used to it. The toilette paper was only 1 layer.

The stuff was very nice. The room was really nice because we got a room upgrade :). Nice room cleaning. Good view on the buri khalifa. Food was really nice!! We had also an ironing bord, that was also good
