The only problem just the vacum fans that absort the smell from cooking food ( omelt ) in the breakfast , still the smell over the clothes

We felt very welcomea and staff was absolutely amazing especially Madina & Houssam who helped me with a booking issue. The hotel is modern, clean and the pool has a breathtaking view. Will be back for sure, 10/10!

I had an incredible stay at this hotel! We were delighted to be upgraded to a suite, which was spotless and very comfortable. The service was exceptional – every staff member went above and beyond to ensure our experience was perfect. The pool was fantastic and well-maintained, and the overall cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch. There was a minor issue with a duplicate booking caused by a technical glitch, but the hotel staff resolved it quickly and efficiently, which really impressed me. I highly recommend booking this hotel – it's clear they truly value their guests. I’m already looking forward to staying here again on my next trip!

I have never managed to find a sunbed in the pool, none of them were available when I went. I would recommend to go early in the morning

We had an amazing time at Paramount Hotel. The breakfast buffet is very good and they have a lot of choices for both savory and sweet food. The room was new, clean and spacious. It's 8 min walking from a metro station, which is handy. Ths infinity pool is very cool! Definitely recommended

Pool area is overcrowded during daytime, at night pool area works only as bar. Heating the pool when its 30C outside - the water is hotter than at sea. Why? Pillows are too thin but folding them works well The wifi is quite glitchy, though fast when it works

The hotel staff are really friendly and professional especially M. Khaled. We were celebrating my husband’s birthday and he made sure our stay is exceptional! He upgraded our room gave us a really stunning view and the hotel sent us a birthday cake along with a really cute birthday card! Everything was amazing. The staff, the pool, the room cleanness, the view, and the food. Thanks Paramount. Definitely will go again!

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at this hotel! Although we initially encountered some issues at the start of our trip, the staff went above and beyond to resolve everything promptly. They upgraded us to a higher-class room, treated us to a complimentary dessert, and were always available to ensure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing! The variety and quality of the dishes were truly impressive. The hotel is spotless, and the fresh renovations add a cozy and modern touch. A special thanks to the housekeeper Binod for the stunning bed decorations — it was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values excellent service and comfort!

It was very clean. The breakfast was great. All staff members were nice and very helpful. The Area was great. Hotel 10 min walk from metro station. 5 min drive from Dubai mall.

The hotel is inside a DAMAC building, which didn’t designed the plumbing well. It takes some time for the water to get warm. I’m not sure if it’s about the property or the city: Even though Burj Khalifa is 1 km away, it is almost impossible to walk in that area, as the whole infrastructure is not designed for pedestrians. Moreover, the AC (almost everywhere in the city) was set up to 19*C and it took us two days to bring our room to bearable 22*C. My tip: as European if I’m coming in winter, I want to take advantage of the warm weather in Dubai 😉

Great view to Burj Khalifa, nice pool on the 64th floor and great room service (many thanks to Fawad) and Concierge. This really is a themed hotel and the stuff made us feel like stars. The breakfast buffet was perfect, combining a changing selection of traditional local dishes and international ones (Asian too). The room size was great (at Gulf Country standard).

That said, there is some room for improvement. The quality of the pillows and mattress could be better, as they didn’t offer the level of comfort you’d expect from a luxury hotel. Additionally, the balcony door seemed to create a slight gap when locked, allowing some noise from the busy traffic outside to filter in.

Even on mornings when we had to leave early for trips before breakfast service began, they provided us with a full breakfast, which was such a thoughtful touch. We had an incredible stay at the Paramount Hotel Midtown, and we would like to highlight the exceptional service we received from the housekeeping team, especially Bivek. His cleaning skills were absolutely outstanding, with impeccable attention to detail that made our room feel spotless and welcoming every day. Bivek went above and beyond by surprising us with beautifully crafted towel swans on our bed, adorned with roses. It was such a thoughtful and delightful gesture that added a truly special and memorable touch to our stay. His dedication, care, and creativity were truly amazing and elevated our experience to another level. I can't say there was anything I didn't like – I don't have high expectations. ))

I'll keep it brief. I liked Dubai and everything associated with it. As for the hotel, I loved the architecture, design, cinema theme of the hotel, the breakfast, and the rooftop pool.
