Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything was according to our expectations, views were very good. Creek was visible from the window of our room. Initially, we booked for 3 people but due to non-avaialbility of the selected room, we were upgraded to a room for 4 occupants without any cost.

CanadaThe hotel lobby was a bit tired looking, and there were some exposed wires in the room under the table. This did not bother us too much given that our kids are old enough not to pull at them, and we were using the room for a few hours for a nap and shower. Even so, I would stay here again if I had another stopover in Dubai.
We had a 14 hour stopover in Dubai and since we were travelling with small kids we decided to book a hotel room. We requested an early check-in, which was accommodated. The hotel is located in the heart of older part of the city with amazing views of the Dubai Creek. We were walking distance to reasonably priced restaurants, and about a 10 minute walk to the Abra, and Spice and Gold Souks. The room itself was comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I had a short stopover in Dubai.
