Loud noisy music from the beach bars late into the night 2am

Good location with pleasant beach and good facilities. Housekeeping -ayrma- and all other staff were very pleasant and very helpful. We were made to feel very welcome.

Less loud music in the breakfast room The loud music was a turn-off for me. Also, the loud music until the early morning hours meant I had to shut my bedroom window. I prefer to get the fresh sea air while I sleep. Getting a sun bed on the beach was impossible because there were not enough beds available. Also, beach towels were placed on sun beds that were being used which is not fair for other hotel guests who want to use the beach sun beds.

I did not have breakfast. The loud music was a turn-off for me.

We had a great stay, couple of things that are slightly negative. It was very loud outside the Friday and Saturday nights, very much a party location. Didn't bother us to much. The beach club area was under construction. Had we not had lots planned this may have annoyed me

We weren’t provided with the correct room based on our request, for that I give special thanks and gratitude to Mr. Rami for being cooperative and helpful. Soundproof was not proofing, we could hear the loud music from outside bar and beach club.

I was greeted by a welcoming and friendly staff Ms. Karen, Special thanks to Manager Mr. Rami for making it happen, and being accommodating and cooperative when it came to our requests; Also very welcoming. The room was specious, clean and comfortable bed.

Convenient location, 10mins to water park by monorail. Access to private beach and 2 indoor pools - all good. Everyone is as friendly - Sayed at the reception desk was extremely helpful.

the room was not clean from the begining (hair on the floor, broken parts of the minibar), toilet closes with glass door, the beach services of the hotel are awful as unyil someone asks for the order and until the order comes it takes ages, the walls of the rooms as super thin and you can hear a lot of noise if the guests closer to you speak louder, and the same for the doors that are shut you can hear them very loud

The very loud repetitive nightclub music playing all day long at the beach club, very difficult to relax and staff refused to lower the volume even slightly. If you prefer to relax at the beach take earplugs!! Loud music is played throughout the hotel too, even in reception it's difficult trying to hear the reception staff. Overall it's quite a noisy hotel and not really suitable for families and older people. Also the bathroom area is very small and offers no privacy

Loud music until 3 am on weekends but this is not the hotel’s fault but rather the price to pay for a location at the palm.

Amazing location of the hotel, clean and nice. The stuff is very attentive and quickly solves any issues and responds to requests. Damiyana has been incredible!
