HDMI didn't work in room and took a long time to get service from bar staff almost an hour from first time requesting. Pillows could have been better.

Rooms excellent, breakfast was one of the best I've had at at hotel and swimming pool great. Restaurant filini very nice as well.

Exceptional hotel and staff Specially Jewel the restaurant manager he is very amazing guy very helpful and outstanding in his job that is why the food is very amazing and yummy and the restaurant is very clean Also the reception staff specially Israa she is very helpful and very efficient also the room service specially Bashir he is very helpful guy This hotel really amazing.

There was nothing not to like.

Absolutely loved my stay here. Sometimes the simple things make a world of difference. Easy check in. Perfectly clean room. Helpful staff. Facilities perfectly presented. I had lunch at the Larder Restaurant and although I was the only person there the staff (Melita) was not over fussy. I was given time to sit in peace and order my meal and eat all whilst relaxing and no rush. The food was delicious and served in good time. Great place for relaxing. Altogether a great short stay. Thankyou to all the staff at the hotel for making my stay so comfortable.

The view of the window was against dead wall. Some decorations, painting on the wall would have made a difference

The air Condition it was not cool and the room was hot while I'm sleeping. I didn't complain this thing in the lobby. I was waiting for this email to review and complain about the AC. It was so hot I didn't sleep well. So now my message the administration will see it.

I like this property because it was the nearest property to my friend Home ✨ so I can get dressed up and directly go to my friend Home ✨ and it's only 15 minutes away. That's why I choose this place.
