The hotel turned into hotel for Russians, even water aerobics is in Russian language. We had to change rooms the first night since the kids disco was sooo loud, couldn’t even hear our own thoughts. We came from Dubai to take a break and relax. My daughter couldn’t fall asleep.. She goes to bed normal hours for 7YO, kids disco was till 22:30. Also, at 7am all sunbeds were already reserved. 😏 And also, the maintainance of hotel is non existent- hotel is in bad shape in comparison to 5 years back when we visited last.

There are not enough sun beds and they were all booked from 7am with no one sitting on them for a second, the reception team are not the friendliest

The variety of pools is great, the valet parking and the concierge team were very friendly, overall it was a nice hotel for a family stay.

The buffet is all sea-food (no one warned us and im allergic to sea food, so I barely had two options) and it's overcharged for what it is. The service is really a hit and miss. No service at the beach and very few options available at the bar as well, otherwise they order your order from somewhere else and you sit and wait. Even the alleged Starbucks coffee they serve was not up to Starbucks usual standards and it literally took them 10 mins to make a bad cappuccino even though there were no other customers. The food quality is OK at best, can't say it was delicious :)

the territory arrangement looks great, beautifull swimming pools and bars. The color of water has pleasant blue turquise color and windows facing the landscape and view.

The food was not at all good we spent alot of money but not good food when I call them to inform them I was ignored and then I asked for 30 mints late check out as I had to leave at certain time I was said no upfront and also the food for lunch when I asked they just denied it was my wife's birthday atleast non of them even had wished her nor greeted her

Upgraded suite has old furniture & some cupboards were broken. Smart TV compatible with Samsung phones only. After paying for a buffet dinner, I was made to pay for apple juice which was said to be excluded from buffet. Only finding out as I was leaving the dinning area that I have an additional bill to pay.

First there is no enough shezlong on the beach so i dont find a place to set in front of the beach and there is no enough umbrellas also . No compliment water When i asked for late check out as i entered the room too late and there is no towels inside so i cant take a shower first they refused then they said okay for one hour then i cant enter the room as the access card was not working so i went to the reception to activate card to collect my bags

Not much to do after the beach, no activities out of family and kids events to the point that we tried to go to the games room, ping pong was being abused by too many kids destroying the ping pong balls and rackets , the arcade games have broken knobs and unusable. Adult pool was very very hot making the options limited to two pools full of kids and screaming. The facilities are outdated and in need of a makeover even the tvs in the rooms. The outdoor showers knobs and flooring are old and need replacing. The bar at the pool was over taken by kids ... the atmosphere in general was very extra family oriented .... the pool kids activities are taking place right infront of the only pool bar active! These kids activities should be shifted to another location. The hotel in general needs a holistic makeover. Its unfortunate but its falling behind other hotel options in fujeirah...

The beach was very clean, the room was clean. The crew were very helpful.

The beach is amazing, clear water and beautiful sand. The receptionists were accommodating of our requests. The food was fine. The staff at the restaurant were very professional and friendly. The rooms are fine. The housekeeping team were very helpful. The kids club was enjoyed by my kids. Anne, who managed the kids club, was so nice to my daughters and arranged multiple play invitations for them. Big thanks to Anne.

Maybe the dinner. I did not like it Maybe that no delivery reach the reception. Maybe better plans for places to visit.

It had amazing ocean view so relaxing. It had an amazing staff Ruwaina was a great help with a smily face and the GM mr Bassam did guarantee my comfort with great pleasure . He is amazing. Sameh is one from the friendly staff who did a great communication. The indian Engineer for my room issues, all the house keeping people . everyone was amazing. The view is really what I came for. Just didn't like how our room is facing a building and a tree, since it's obstructing our view of the ocean.
