Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. - Extremely nice and helpful stuff: (a) Shonay, the receptionist, professionally managed checking in and out processes taking into account my work-related needs; (b) Jouda, the supervisor, was always there to address my questions, she gave the best recommendations on restaurants and how to navigate/move around the city, on the top of that, she manually developed an invoice for me as there were inconsistencies in the system; (c) the bartender on the rooftop bar was nice and welcoming. - green policy - urban design - breakfast buffet - cleanness - service

United Arab EmiratesI booked for my guest and I felt very embarrassed . This hotel has only brand name but quality is worst than 3 star hotel. Room AC is not working well. No toiletries provided in the bathroom untill we ask to provide. Also quality of room, bathroom is very bad . Wash basin stand is fitted so loosely and inclined even can't hold more than one item. Only hot water is running in bathroom tap that too very hot. no cold /normal water is running in the tap at all. the most irritating experience is when you complain for any thing no responsible person is there to here you. Bad experience of my guest in all aspect during there stay at Radisson Red DSO

They sent message that my credit card is invalid so I called them many times and sent message that I updated my card again and its valid and I am using it. They sent me message that they will keep reservation I have proof in my email. I didn’t book another hotel for my stay then at the last moment on 25 Dec again they sent message that credit card invalid. I updated my CC again and send my friend at RADDISON RED to pay cash advance for my stay. They didn’t take money from him for 30 Dec and 31 Dec and took the money for other days. Next day they falsely cancelled my bookings on the ground of invalid CC and no payment confirmation although they didn’t take advance by themselves. From the same CC I paid more than double and booked again for 30 Dec and 31 Dec. If they had to do this should have done in October, why they confirmed to me in Oct and then falsely rejected booking at end moment to leave me with no other option. They made false fire alarms in morning when people were in sleep, we and so many other guests rushed out through fire exits, tensed and terrified. Where at exit their staff was laughing at the guests, making fun, that you bring your passports with you. It was a disgusting experience of their hotel. Location is far away from Main city, only accessible via taxi or car. Pool was under renovation for almost four days. Hotel manager was not available anytime to respond you well. VALLET Parking outside the building in open, left windows open for my car for two nights by their staff. No sleepers, tooth brush kit, vanity kit in the room. Sensor of access card at lift not work properly, take so many tries to work each time.

United KingdomWe were notified once we had checked in that the pool was out of action for the duration of our stay, to say we were disappointed is an understatement, this was our last trip before having a baby an we just wanted to chill next to the pool, I would have booked somewhere else if this wasn't an option. Also the water in the showers were like warm at best, we did ask someone to look at it, was fine for one shower then back to cold, shouldn't be paying 140 a night for a flannel wash!

Saudi Arabianoise I can’t stop saying noises. the walls are very thin that you can hear your neighbours very clear. and what I didn’t like each room or two room there is a pipes room and usually the workers come and fix stuff in the morning which is what make me awake. the hotel is only good for 1 night if you need to fishing stuff. but if you are looking for comfort and calm hotel I don’t suggest it. I was in the second floor and yet I can hear the bar in the roof top with loud music.
I really liked the location it’s not busy area, with many restaurants and cafes. the design and atmosphere of the hotel and area is beautiful
