Buffet could have been improved. Hotel was massively understaffed.

1) Poor breakfast: small variety of dishes, porridge was more a milk with something in it 2) security failed when on the beach there were several drunk people shouting on each other for HOURS, it ended with a physical fight. It was only stopped by another guests who interrupted that embarrassment. Hotel staff did nothing

Russians, Russians, Russians - toooo many Russians! Probably around 80-90% of all hotel guests were Russians. Apparently, they come on all inclusive package with unlimited (alcoholic) drinks, so they drink all day behaving aggressively, no manners, and unable to speak English. It’s just such an unpleasant environment to be surrounded by so many rude Russians. Even though the hotel, its staff and facilities were good, we wouldn’t recommend staying there if you are looking for a more relaxed and calming atmosphere.

Staff in the restaurant and kids’ club were outstanding, super friendly and kind. The food was very good and overall the hotel is decent with plenty activities for smaller children.

there are too much stones at the beach and the sea , so its difficult to walk.

The A/C is not that cold and the shower water temperature does not have a constant temperature control, it keeps going from hot to cold then repeat. Its really anoying.

We had fun during our stay. My kids had fun in the swimming pools. We also enjoyed boating and jet skiing.

Too many russians. Not enough beach towels available. The sand is not very nice and the sea is not very clean.

Staff was friendly and our room ( seaview ) was nice. Construction noise was not heard from our room. Check in / out was efficient.

I like everything things in the hotel specially the variety of the swimming pool and the beach but I dislike the pool for the kids need to be more hot

I didn't like it the pillow and the bed. Pillow was too soft and makes my neck hurt and bed was too soft when we lie down bed was very down. We have bodyached.

Just that the room is not sound proof , you could hear noise from the hallway and cleaners from next room. Nice view though if you are taking sea view. Staff are generally kind. Breakfast is ok

The construction around the Resort doesn’t help for a comfortable stay. The room was good but the noise until late hours and early morning wasn’t great. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful.

- Construction everywhere – It’s quite noisy, especially if your room is near an active site. Luck plays a big role in how much it affects you. - Uncomfortable beach – The sand is mixed with pebbles and shells, making it less pleasant to walk or relax on. - Poor water quality – The sea isn’t clean, with lots of seaweed, making swimming far from enjoyable. - Russian speaking reseptionist was rude.

- Fantastic food – Breakfast and dinner are excellent, with great taste, variety, and high-quality ingredients. - Great for kids – The kids’ club and pool are well-designed, featuring a fun playground and water park.
