How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews

The only thing that would make the hotel better would be a small supermarket on site as there are no grocery shops locally
The hotel was ideally located, with a metro stop, the Palm and Marina all in easy walking distance, the hotel had some great facilities (gym was really good) and had a couple of really great bars.

The fact that you needed to get across the walkway to access the rooms
Despite the official Check in time at 3p.m , the hotel did their best to ensure that I got an early check in at about 8 a.m which was very good. The location of the hotel was also superb. The front office team consisting of Beneeta, Juvy, Zon and Ola were exceptional in ensuring that i was comfortable. The breakfast was simply excellent, great variety of juices, fruits, meats and all. The rooms were very comfortable and very quiet ensuring you got good night's sleep. The bathrooms were clean, well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, soap, tissues and all. The best part of the hotel was the readily available bars and restaurants where you could dine. I would also like to single out Stephen from the customer service desk- he was great and very friendly.

The executive room given at first wasn't great, but the staff were very supportive in changing the room in the morning, even with a little upgrade.
Very well received by Jamsheer, the Duty Manager, despite arriving late night, the staff in general were all very helpful and professional.

There is nothing not to like
We had a very comfortable stay, varied and delicious breakfasts. We walked to the Al Khalil metro to go to city or local tram to go to beach or marina. Very good location for the Palm as well, as you can walk to monorail. The hotel has great facilities - little roof swimming pool with a friendly attendant. A few bars - we went to the Someplace Else and Sports bar. But there are others. All together a fantastic stay 👍

The room was excellent and appreciate for my needs, the only concern I had is with the light switches, as they malfunctioned daily. I struggled with the accuracy as some would turn on random lights. It was a puzzle each night. Other than that I thoroughly enjoyed the stay at Radisson.
Great location and staff. Loved the experience and would come back given the chance.

the breakfast started at 7 and not at 6… i raised a complaint and the staff ensured that they will pass it to the management.
location was great in media city next to work, the staff especially Jamsheer the deputy manager was very friendly and the room was super clean and comfortable.

Such a great hotel chain, great location, and always a good spot when there's a Jones the Grocer in the lobby! Super clean and comfy, great staff!

only pool a bit small. 🤣
All of Staffs are friendly, special front desk ,Miss Zon. Stay in the hotel more then a wk with few different bookings and had a little problème with one of the wrong cancellation but hotel staff are arrange for me very well. Thank you and 100% will stay back again.

The Swimming Pools are small and not child friendly. Since I was a RH Member, I was told I was automatically upgraded to a Premium Room! But, the bed was too small to accommodate 2 Adults + 1 Child.
Walkable distance from Al Khail Metro Station. Helpful and Courteous staff. Breakfast buffet had a nice spread, though it didn’t have many options of Asian food.
