Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

IndiaThe Customer Service, the Hygiene, The Responsive Standards of Staff, they were rude!!!!, the Room was very dirty, and matresses were a but torn, and towels had dirty footmarks on them... The room serves is worse as not too much responsive and also no hamd towel... they told me to wash and wipe my face with toilet paper... And they allegedly running a prostitution racket and were pursuing me to get a massage and otehr services even I refused twice...
I like the location...but nothing more...everything else sucked!

I went to stay in this hotel again. RAINTREE I have a long list to tell about this hotel. Let us talk about the good things first. I liked only one person in this hotel, whose name is ANJALI. That girl is very nice. She is a girl with rules and regulations. She is an understanding girl and I did not see any such staff there. One who understands things. What I didn't like about there was that. I had ordered some things from housekeeping which did not arrive for a long time. Then after that I told ANJALI that ANJALI provided those things within 5 minutes. Because of which I liked only one girl in that hotel, ANJALI. I hope she gets promotions very soon.....
