Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

IndiaWater heater in the room was not working and as per the maintenance person water need to be left open for 5-10 mins to get hot water. Very poor technology and not green. Lot of water wasted. Also even after that water was not hot enough. Maintenance person entered to the room without removing the shoes and the floor was made dirty. It was not cleaned after his visit. Water heater kettle in the room was not working. Room service brought the hot water but it was having dirt particles inside. Breakfast not not upto the level. Very minimal dishes available. Not worth for the money paid for the overall stay. Refrigerator is not available in the room. The aesthetics of the dining area is not appealing.

IndiaI asked for a culinary knife to open tender coconut. The guy from reception brought used culinary knife from the restaurant. And even after informing the staff at the reception they didn't even bothered to replace the culinary knife. Also the hot water was not working. I left complaint at reception they just nored down on a paper and left like that. I request at least a pay back for this pay.

BrazilIt's very easy to get to the hotel from the airport, by metro. I had to only walk for 5 minutes. There's a mall at the same block, with a Carrefour supermarket and a lot of options for places to grab something to eat. The room was very clean, the staff didn't even blink when I requested changing to another room, with no carpet. They provide two bottles of water and instant coffee everyday, and there's also a bar where one can drink and play pool. Just perfect!

Hot Water Availability: During my stay, I faced issues with hot water. There were times when I had no hot water at all, both day and night. When it was available, it was not consistently warm, affecting my overall comfort. Bathroom Lighting: The bathroom had inadequate lighting, particularly around the mirror area. Proper lighting is essential for guests' grooming and convenience. Carpet Condition: The room's carpet seemed old and emitted an unpleasant odor. This affected the overall room ambiance and comfort. Exterior Lighting: Outside lighting for the room was insufficient.
