Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The room was in an unsanitary condition, completely different from what was advertised, and posed serious health risks. This is a clear violation of the expectations set at the time of booking. The photos on the listing do not reflect the reality of the accommodation. While I appreciate the response from customer service, I find it unacceptable that no compensation was offered for such a significant issue. I would not recommend this property to others."

The room is not as shown in the images. Very small no space to move around, the corridor stinks as you come out of the elevator. Above all this the staff scammed the deposit amount just because the blanket was dirty. Vessels in the kitchen were not clean and greesy. The staff is not that cooperative and over all it was the worst experience ever. Kindly don't visit the place.

I didn’t have Problem with the a small room, but the whole building were smell very bad , the room was dirty and both bathrooms were very dirty , small of cooking onion, frying food at 01:00 am , didn’t let me sleep till late , a Lady staff decide to cook after midnight and the kitchen just few metres from the rooms, then she start eating at 1am and by the time she washed the dishes it was 01:30 am, very noisy the wall between the rooms very slim thin layers ,

Good for its price, location is close to the metro ( around 5 min walk ) For people requiring a place for a short stay just for for a few nights, I would abosulety recommend it.

Bathroom could have given a bit better expression. Toilet flush water (force) is really poor! To be fixed!

Am.04 arrival had to be arranged and agreed im advance on Whatsap! 🙏🏻 Booking.com notes about it didn't work🥵👍 Really Close to the MALL, can see from balcony and 1 block ahead ! Close to metro also. 💎👍 Can be okay and safe for woman also (I seen two females). It's a flat where a lot of kind people living ordinary daily life. Not a standard European shiny flat. Balcony room was good, light with window! Other BOOTHs without windows (cabins only to sleep inside). E.g. If you like tenting, caravans life style, this is okay! Spend your time in elsewhere, sleep there, and outside again.. Kitchen was okay! Fridge okay. With my kids or family no chance to come here. With friends with same attitude, okay! Bed was okay. I managed without any power adaptor (i got EU chargers)

Attitude of manager ISLAM not guest oriented not professional sitting in kitchen playing computer game Kitchen like his office. Very noisy can hear everything if someone talk in kitchen. Room with window no ventilation and they ask hire price for this room. Есть тараканы на кухне.

Nothing at all. Area dirty. Elevator in bulding never work. Check out 11:00 . If yr plane 3:00 am u have to wait till 14:00 o clock not allow u to enter room No sweeping pool in bulding no Gym.

It’s was an Egyptian man week. Saw no women; would be nice to have one bathroom for women so there’s not so much body hair on floors. The bed was concave and it would be nice if management was in the same apartment so that they can control the loud men late at night. Have signs saying “whisper” “close doors quietly”

Host kept knocking on the door every hour, so I couldn’t sleep after a huge flight. Woke me up and then started being aggressive. I told them on WhatsApp well in advanced what time I would arrive, and still kept bothering me. Room has no windows and is extremely small. Lift is too slow, had to carry my bags to 4 flights of stairs.

50 aed deposit. I gave it only because I know and trust the caretaker from. 204. I got my depo back. But the info about depo should be mentioned on bookig.com as for some ppl deposits are not acceptable.

This is the second time I've stayed here. Private space for a very reasonable price. Caretaker from 204 (Mr Gonma i think). Is a very good person.
