The place was very good. I recently stayed at SO Uptown Dubai and had a fantastic experience. The hotel’s sleek, modern design and stunning views of the city made for a memorable stay. The rooms were spacious, stylishly decorated, and equipped with high-end amenities. The staff was exceptionally friendly and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure comfort, especially Jessie for being extra helpful. The dining options were diverse and offered delicious cuisine. The hotel’s location in Uptown Dubai made it convenient for exploring the city.

The building block is in anew development area, still with construction site on it, distant from everything. Concierge was a mess, when I asked to meet me in the airport it was a lot of hussle, but no action.

Modern place with spacious rooms, decent breakfast and all facilities. My choice was due to proximity to the business meetings. The views from above are nice, while sand cleaning from the windows is the problem.

Although the breakfast was very good but I would recommend having a buffet option with more variety and to employ more staff during breakfast to provide quick response.

A beautiful hotel with stunning views and ambience. The staff is well trained and extremely warm towards guests. I would highly recommend staying here for sure.

I really loved my stay at SO uptown Dubai , even tho I ended getting sick . FD called an emergency doctor within 30minutes. Breakfast was so good . Staff were nice and very accommodating

The location is far from downtown and Dubai mall, they should have direction sign at the street entrance because most of the taxi’s misses it. Always no taxi is available on premises and the staff have to call for one. Couldn’t sleep as the building have thin walls and i can hear eveything from the other room and the construction noises.

The staff are very friendly, they are doing their best to make our stay as comfortable as it should. Specially the reception Mr. Tam couldn’t survive without him :) Ill always recommend the masseuse Tara I could go back only for her. She is truly professional and exceptional.

Nothing much really, if am gonna be picky i would say the pool was small but this is not a hotel you book to go the pool. the staff at the breakfast venue was a bit overwhelmed with the amount of people but they actually support each others and cleared service anxiety

I was in 43 Floor but i still can hear the noises outside the Hotel IT was inconvenience to Me in additon, if you would like to order delivery from anywhere you must go to the G floor to pick it up

The best stay in Dubai, the manager Mr.Daniel was very friendly and kind, he gave me a free upgrade because of my graduation, all the staff were great from the housekeeping to the reception, especially Ahmed, for the first time I didn't notice anything bad in the hotel
