Noisy at night- i spoke to staff at the end of the stay and they said they would have been happy to change my room if I had mentioned this earlier. Electric plug and light switch next to bed would be helpful

Bathroom a bit greyish, needs some refurbishment. Area is very noisy but not their fault.

Street noise audible, but I could fall asleep easily in the comfortable bed.

Clean apartment with a little kitchen. It was easy to find the apartment, just look for the table in street 21C or follow Google maps.

If you can't find the location, look for prime hotel. It is behind Prime hotel. Look for landtech residences. Its the same thing as Souk residences

It's very difficult to find the property, it's not found in the Google map and there is no large sign indicate the property and there is no 24 hours front disc service available

Bit difficult to get taxi but im sure staff are more than willing to help.

Though area may seem chaotic but is fairly safe. Hotel is in a great location as it is near the metro and restaurants and groceries just down the building. But compared to other hotels nearby, this is the best in terms of cleanliness, modern design and complete facilities (kitchenette with microwave and kettle). Plus very helpful and friendly staff. Overall a great value for money. Would definitely recommend ;)

It was very close to the metro, the market and all affordable restaurants. The host was willing to reimburse me despite the fact that it was against the official rules as I checked out one day early . Thanks a lot again!

Clean and cosy apartment with own bathroom, small kitchen corner, sink, microwave, fridge and cattle. Two washing machines and one dryer on same floor outside of room. I felt very comfort there. Lucky also with quiet neighbours. I stayed in total around 7 days. First booking always two days, when I like it, I extend. So I extended another 5 days. The rooms are only cleaned when demanded. For me ok. Cleaning tool for dust cleaning available in the room. Rubbish bin you put outside of your door in the evening and next morning at around 8 am it is cleaned. The apartment is in the heart of Deira. Not everybody likes the environment, lot of Pakistani and Indian in furniture business around, mosque is around the corner but for me it's okay. I enjoy the choices of food and shopping for reasonable prices and no need for a car as everything is within walking distance. Reception people are very friendly and helping. Mr. Basi was always kind and helpful. I would definitely come again.

Members of staff were so amazing and helpful, especially Basi, who went out of the way in assisting me after checking out.

Room space was great with self-catering facilities. Reliable WiFi and room were fitted with a smart tv, making life easier. The hotel location was cool for me because that is most of the suppliers are found.
