I had requested an early check in ahead of time as i was arriving at 1am, and, they confirmed the early check in and made a point of saying I would not need to pay. For the record, I wouldn't have minded paying, I just wanted to be informed ahead of time. I arrived and spent 45 minutes in the lobby while they tried to find my booking and early check in confirmation. Ultimately, they decided I should pay for the extra night, which I did. I just wanted to go to bed. After that the manager comes and says I should give them a good rating, to which I replied i would provide an honest rating. He then threatened to cancel my early check in, and not give me my refund because I would be giving them a bad rating anyway. One of the guys there intervened, told me to ignore the manager and quietly gave me an upgrade. The suite was old, dirty, lukewarm water, wifi was horrible and kept dropping off all night. Sheets were scratchy and didn't feel clean. I booked another hotel and left the following morning, forfeiting my money.

DO NOT BOOK. Had a horrible experience. Was supposed to stay for 3 nights. Left after half a night. The only redeemable thing is after messing up my booking, they upgraded my room to their "suite". Let's me just say that given how horrible the suite was, it made me wonder what my original room would have been like.

It’s accessible to metro and near to dubai old city so if you get bored you can go around the area. And the staff are accommodating, I booked a premium room but without asking they upgrade it to grand room. They were so nice and thoughtful we will definitely go back to stay here again. ❤️

I wish the bathroom had a drain out the bathtub for the water dropping out after a shower to drain. Or else I would recommend to keep a mop for the user to clean the wet floor.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. The room was exceeding my expectations. The breakfast was also good. The staff was really friendly and specially Imran. Overall it was a good experience.

Overal cleaning was good I just had few fruit flys in the toilet Other that that I would give my stay 10 1 main light was not working in the living room just above the body lenght mirror had to use the toilet mirror

The breath taking spacious rooms You could host a party in that living room Love the massive and super comphy bed 1 tip for every hotel make sure your beds are really comphy as that's the most important bit that some hotels don't prioritise 😅

It’s beautifully located and the rooms are very spacious, neat and clean. They upgraded the room to a suite one because of our baby without charging anything extra. Thanks a lot for that. Overall a very pleasant stay.

I ordered a chicken burger for dinner and the food quality and ingredients were disappointing for a 39 AED burger. The lighting switches were scattered across the suite and it was like a maze to turn on and off the lights every time, it would be better to have all the lights switches next to each other. Also needs more lighting, it's very dim! It would be a huge plus to have a pool in the hotel. The AC is either very cold or you have to turn it off, there is no in-between.

The Staff were beyond amazing, I did a late check-in at 10 pm with a booking of a normal room but the staff upgraded me to a luxurious suite on the 8th floor with a beautiful landscape l view of the Dubai creek and the cruise ships parked at the port. The suite was very large and the amenities were more than enough, I would like to thank the house keeper Mr. Tikram as he was exceptional in his job, he came everyday and cleaned the room thoroughly and replaced all the sheets and towels and all put new ones with a new shower kit. I also would like to thank my room service Mr. Imran which helped me to check in and carried my bags to the 8th floor and aslo assisted me on how to operate the water heater for the shower.

A very clean place with wonderful atmosphere. Sandeep's names has to be specially mentioned a person with positive attitude.

The room was extremely smelly and it felt like people have smoked here before. We had several cockroaches in every room. The bathroom was in bad shape and seemed really old. Also we were in 8‘th floor and in the floor above was a very loud Party all night long. It was extremely hard to sleep.

The location is great for discovering Dubai. Also the price is reasonable especially in comparison to other Hotels in Dubai.

Black water from taps, leaving gravelly sediment. Needed help to tune TV, which transpired to have only one Arabic news channel. However, the main problem was the thunderous din throughout the night of club music juddering through the building. Even worse was being kept away all night by loud shouting and sounds of drunken debauchery from the room next door. This place has not changed, despite it’s re-branding. Unless you are looking for a bordello, choose elsewhere
