The property is truly fantastic, You experience to live among the tallest buildings of dubai. And You’ll be surrounded by high quality minded people. Host Ahmed is too good at his job, he is caring towards his customers. Like your close ones won’t ask you if everything is alright but He will definitely check up on you. Fantastic experience.

It is a shared apartment with different rooms so ocassionally you will hear people speaking in the kitchen, but generally everyone is quiet and respective, especially past 10pm.

The host Ahmed is very acommodating and responsive. Check in was clear and smooth, and the location is very convenient for the Dubai Marina are. Convenience stores and restaurants abound. I felt wellcomed and well received. The room was on the smaller side but still comfortable and I slept well.

Very nice stay in Dubaï Marina, the area is just stunni g, the appartement is very nice and Ahmed is a great host. Possibility to go to the lobby with an amazing view, to use the pool and the gym. Got friendly and super kind flatmates as a bonus 😊. Hope to come back soon!

It is an amazing room with a sea view, super clean (I was shocked how clean it was!), and has everything you might need from drinking water to a washing machine with detergent (!) in a common area.

The toilet and shower may not be to everyone's liking, as it is shared with other rooms. But it didn't bother me.

The most important thing is the location. Princess Tower is one of the tallest residential buildings in the world. The view is gorgeous. The room is clean and tidy. The interior is nice. Everything you need is there. There is enough space for one or two people. Ahmed Kassem is friendly, caring and responsive.

Great location, a very reasonable price, the best option if you need a place to spend the night, but it is also great if you need to work/do some calls as there's a nice lounge with a strong wifi signal on 97th floor.

One thing you should pay attention to which I didn't while booking is that this is a shared apartment, kitchen is shared, some rooms has en suite bathroom and some don't. Mine didn't ,it was shared with one more room.

Location is good, walkable to the beach and cafes/restaurants. Metro station is around 1.5km away,it is walkable, there are bus stations& tram nearby. In case you arrive from Abu -Dhabi by shuttle bus,it is quite close to the bus station Ibn Battuta (5-6 km). The building has different amenities such as gym,indoor/outdoor pool/kids room/recreation area etc. The host is very attentive and replies quickly. He was helpful with solving issues. The room looks like on the photos.

The room was small but neat , but the most important thing is the SUPERB LOCATION!! The building itself is legendary - PRINCESS TOWER!!! Opportunity to plunge into real Dubai life and talk to people from all over the world. Another advantage- access to pool, open air jacuzzi and sauna !!! The host, Ahmed , is a really amiable person!!

1) Location... -100 meters from the entrance to the marina there is a nice alcohol place 50cc. Erdinger beer 55 aed. There is Garrefur shopping place with very good pizza 36 aed -200 meters from the metro station 06 marina towers stop... from there you get in for free. 05 get off at dubai marina stop, go across the metro to 36 sobha realty stop, buy a ticket there and go wherever you want between expo city dubai airport.... - from hotel to airport terminal 1 taximeter 90 aed - from hotel to expo city 50 60 aed 2)the view is unbelievable 3) Free use card for the gym, pool, etc. is given inside 4)🎉 Bonus The owner is incredibly attentive and communicates very well via whatsap. He returns quickly on every issue... His attention is priceless as well as the satisfaction of the hotel

My recent stay in Dubai was truly memorable, thanks to this accommodation in the heart of the city. The view from here is simply breathtaking. I can't speak highly enough of my host, Ahmed. He was incredibly kind, respectful, and always quick to respond. Ahmed even took the time to show me around on the night I arrived, sharing insights about Dubai while still giving me space to enjoy the experience on my own. Nothing to complain about for me!

Great location in Dubai Marina within walking distance of the tram station, with loads of restaurants and cafés around. The room was spotless and cozy and had a lovely view from the balcony. Had free access to the lounge on the 97th floor, which had stunning views of the Palm Jumeirah and the Marina Eye. Ahmed (the host) was super helpful and available whenever I needed help.

The very small shared bathroom (although with only one person). The noisy streets and construction work outside, the balcony doors are not solid and noiseproof enough.

The location is amazing, at the heart of Dubai Marina and close to the tram station. The cleanliness of the room. And most of all the amazing host Ahmed, for his engagement and hospitality and willingness to share his experience in Dubai, thank you!
