The only problem was the shower, it was terrible. Very little water pressure and on a few occasions just cold water. Not great for such an amazing city!

Location was central to places like the Burj and the mall. Other attractions were a fairly short taxi ride away so we found the hotel to be well situated.

The only negative was the free transfer from booking.com. We had to wait for around 40 minutes after we had our bags so wish we had got a taxi as the hotel is only about 15 minutes from the airport.

Unfortunately there was one incident I found quite disappointing. We were having buffet dinner at the hotel restaurant Vyne and that particular night it was curry night so as you can imagine it was all spicy food which was fine for me but there was nothing that my 4 year old could had and I thought it would be a basic and reasonable request for your chefs to prepare a plain omelette, but unfortunately, they refused to make one. Very disappointing that the kitchen staff were not able to accommodate a simple request for a plain omelette for my 4 year old daughter. As a result my daughter was left with few slices of baguette and some desserts for dinner, which is far from what we expected at a hotel of high standard. I understand that there are certain limitations in a buffet setting, but it is very disappointing that something as simple as a plain omelette could not be arranged for a young child.

All staff of the hotel were very friendly especially Breakfast staff were hardworking and very polite. Pool was god size, my kids loved it. Great location for Dubai Mall visits and Burj Khalifa

It was very crowded at breakfast and at the elevators probably because the hotel is very popular 🤔♥️

First I would like to comment about the staff > the night we arrived was very late but smiling and sweet Jane did everything possible to please us. And handsome Egyptian Carim helped us through our days about everything… the room was comfortable, the location close to many attractions, but the hotel’s staff is the “winner”😍

The courtesy buses were set times which didn’t suit us however they might suit others? We had an email confirming the Soluna beach club was inclusive however the reception changed this to chargeable the week before we arrived.

Issue is not to do with hotel however pool is only in the sun between the hours of 7am-10am, other than that it is fully in the shade.

Rooms were a great size, staff were extremely helpful and couldn’t do more to accommodate us. Perfect hotel and would stay again.

Mr. Islam and his colleagues were super friendly and helpful, great service. It is a nice hotel in a not too busy location. You can easily travel to the Dubai Mall and to other places like the palm.

On the day of Curry night the food was very spicy. I suggest preparing similar food for guest who does not eat very spicy food. May be few meals that mild in spice.

The hotel was very clean with the facilities to pray as well. I enjoyed my stay and the staff was very polite and helpful. The facilities of choosing different restaurants to eat is very good. The balcony view was great and like it walking to nearby attractions. The staff communicate professionally and very welcoming. I recommend this hotel to anyone.
