Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel was super clean, with the floor, carpets, washroom, and bed sheets, The room and shower are spacious, thanks to Satheesh head of room services for being very gentle person, nice and helpful, and the food was excellent. I stayed in the Manor for two weeks and had never seen any mistake and would definitely repeat it.

Saudi ArabiaI had specifically requested a room facing the Jebal Ali highway/Yalayis Road. I was allocated a room facing the construction site alongside. I had to keep the curtains closed most of the time and that was a bit of a let down. Limited choice in the room service menu.
Enjoyed our short stay at this property. Nice location and accessibility. Hotel taxi service and the driver is very helpful and friendly. Decent size room and comfortable bed. Efficient housekeeping and turn down service daily.

Saudi ArabiaI think the hotel needs to verify Qiblah direction as I tested it several times and it is not accurate. The hotel does not use small trash bags inside the trash pins. I am not sure if this is only at this hotel or it's in all hotels.
Very reasonable price compared to other hotels; Parking was mostly available while it is expected to run short as huge buildings are being constructed immediately next to the hotel. Also, the hotel has nice decorations and helpful staff. The allowed me earlier and accepted to keep my luggage for longer period beyond my reservation.

ZimbabweWe had paid half board for the entire family but on the night of the 11th of Aug 23 a family member was sick an unable to come for dinner. We asked if we could get his food to the room but they didn’t accept. That was not very pleasant on the part of the hotel staff on duty.
It’s was peaceful and quiet and away from the noise of the city.

United Arab EmiratesIn all the rooms which I took there was no chilled water supply in showers or taps as compared with other hotels which was the need of the hour as I stayed during summer time where outside temperatures were between 45-49 degree centies and one would need a cold shower after coming from outside. This was reported to reception as well Also one of the room had water spillage in bathroom which was repaired after about an hour waiting
