The front desk staff was not welcoming or considerate towards our time as we were made to wait for more than 30 minutes for the staff to complete check in procedures. The worst interactive experience with the staff here was with this man named Runak. He had knocked on our door at around 1 AM, accusing me and my partner of playing music too loud. Me and my partner had a rather important meeting to attend to early in the morning which explains how we were in deep sleep during Mr. Runak’s rude intrusion. I was shocked at the way he was talking to me and my partner. it was extremely disappointing to see that such a well maintained hotel that can honestly be one of the most “value for money” complying properties in the area. Please make sure to train your employees that are designated to interact and converse with the guests in the right manner. There is a clear lack of professionalism in the employees that I and my partner unfortunately had to experience and PAY FOR!

Infrastructure and amenities were up to basic standards. location isn’t that far away from the city but still quite far, especially if you don’t have transport.

It’s bit away from the centre that’s all.

It was a superb stay at the Manor. there’s nothing that I didn’t like about the property. the rooms were spacious and clean. the staff is super cooperative and helpful.

I had a 4 days stay, although I was worried that the location is a bit far from Downtown, but it was not really a problem, as this is a new area, there is not much traffic around and I could comfortably drive to downtown and come back without being stuck in traffic, is is the case in Marina area, especially during the weekends.

1-there is construction exactly next to the hotel, they start the work at 7am and the noise level is high. 2- the house keeping start cleaning the rooms corridor early morning by using the vacuum 3- if you back late, no parking available 4- unfriendly staff at the reception-morning shift

- two buildings are under construction near the hotel, spent noisily, from 7 am, it can also be at 11 pm and on weekends - during the cold season, the hotel is cold, there is no heating - it was raining heavily outside and I asked for an umbrella at the reception for 20 minutes, they refused me, I was very surprised - toilet tank constantly leaking

- new, modern and clean hotel, the staff looks after it
