It's a great place to be at for families with kids. Very safe to let kids walk around everyone works their are extremely friendly especially with kids No loud music bars or clubs so it's nice for families with kids. High security for the place gives you a sense or relaxed state. Pool and movie every night is awesomr

The place was clean and close to the parks. The staff were really friendly and kind. Especially Beyaz she is so lovely, kind and an amazing person. She made us feel like we are her family in the way she took care of us.

The food smell from the buffet restaurant in the first floor is overpowering the lobby which is creating a really bad odor. And the tickets provided with the stay to the parks are regular pass when i believe for the price we are paying for the accommodation should be fast pass, like the package i got when I booked my stay at dubai parks lapita hotel it was included with the stay 4 parks tickets fast pass daily for all parks for all guests and the accommodation price at WB hotel & lapita are similar

Breakfasts were super busy when we were there with lots of seemingly unattended children running around screaming. I would recommend the Directors Club on the ground floor if your kids are slightly older (mine are 8 and 12) which was a more pleasant breakfast experience. I found breakfast at Sidekicks on the first floor a horrendous start to the day although probably ok if you have young kids.

The location right next to Warner Brothers and Yas Waterworld cannot be beaten (both just a couple of minutes walk) The pool area is great with a lovely swim up bar and cartoons playing on loop on the big screen. It was very quiet when we were there during the day. Film nights at the pool are also fun. The free theme park tickets were very good and meant no queues on arrival.

It would be nice if the pool stayed open to the side where the bar is for adults past 8pm to be able to sit in the pool with a mice glass of wine whilst watching the movie.

The location was perfect and close to all the main attractions. It was a huge bonus to have the theme park tickets included. The interconnecting rooms were large and spacious, immaculately clean and had everything we needed. We were amazed at the variety in the buffet restaurant and the quality of the food was next level for both breakfast and dinner. All the staff we had contact with were polite and friendly. A special shout out to Beyaz who made our check in and out experience one to remember. Beyaz was exceptionally helpful with information on where to go and what to see and really went over and above to make our stay a memorable one.

The staff that checked us in initially had poor customer service skills, he could have been more informative about the hotels facilities

I liked the customer service from Riya at the front desk and Htoo at the restaurant. The characters added a nice charm to the hotel
