Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomStayed for four days at this hotel, in an ideal place for the parks we were visiting and the malls. Staff were very receptive & helpful on reception and the hotel itself is very clean. Rooms are large & beautiful with great showers & toilets and enough room for clothes storage. We took the breakfast package which there was enough food to last all day. The fantastic pool is divided on the roof into an adult & child’s pool of which both are lovely but on the flight path so can be very noisy. I hired a car & on arrival there is valet parking, downside for us was the damage to the car whilst it was parked which I had to pay the hire company for the damage ☹️

United KingdomGenerally met the usual high standards expected of a stay at the hotel. Facilities, cleanliness, quality of food - all exceptionally high and to be applauded. Somewhat disappointed with the inconvenience of key cards randomly not working and having to go back to the Lobby and waiting for it to be sorted, nor with the rudeness of some other guests (which whilst not entirely the hotel's fault, when Security and staff are stood watching other guests jumping queues or male guests standing uncomfortably close to female guests whilst they are sat down, they should intervene).

Incredible room with a great location on the Yas Marina Circuit. The pool and bar were fantastic on the roof of the hotel. The staff are fantastic, always willing to go the extra mile. Loads of breakfast choices, one of the best breakfasts I've had whilst in Abu Dhabi.

United StatesThe free beach shuttle was not available for the time we wanted to go. However, the taxi ride was cheap, less than $5.
The hotel is modern and beautiful inside and out. The room was large with a glass wall and balcony. It was spotlessly clean with a huge king bed. The bathroom is also large with a tub and a separate shower and WC. It is located right on the Formula 1 racecourse. I loved hearing the F1 cars practicing. It is a short, cheap, taxi ride from the airport. The hotel provides free vouchers for the Yas Beach resort. We enjoyed swimming in the Indian Ocean, a first for us. The pool was good too, but we preferred the beach.
