nice and comfortable hotel - not brand new but pleasant, convenient location near to restaurants, grocery and other shops, bus stop and sea promenade; small, but pleasant public areas in the hotel, nice view form upper terrace and swimming pool, very friendly front door, restarurant and room service (Mr. Ashraful in dining room was very kind and helpful!), clean indoor and outdoor areas, good choice of food and tastefull meals and coffee.

great location in a lively area amidst many small shops, supermarkets, cafes and affordable restaurants; just a stone's throw from the sea promenade. Easy to flagdown a taxi immediately. The staff is very kind and helpful - special gratitude to Sree and Arslan for the professional attitude!

The only bad thing I felt was the guidance to the parking. Even though it was the paid parking by the hotel, the staff in charge of the valet parking was ba it rude when I reached him. Also, the access to the hotel parking was outside the hotel and it was uncomfortable to handle the luggages from the car to the hotel. I have to scroll over the street from the car to the hotel.

We had to face bit of a hazzle when we arrived the room at around 5.00pm. We were suppossed to checkin at 2.00pm but the water supply was not there for the bathroom. It took nearly 1 hour from 5.00pm to have water in the bathroom. When we checked with the reception, they said that it's been already fixed & kindly wait for 10 - 15 mins. Following our continuous calling finally they said that they will send somebody to the room but no one came either. We had to wait nealy an hour and finally the water supply was active. We understand that sometimes, these kind of things can happen. But it's not acceptable since we were suppossed to check in at 2.00pm, they should have checked & verified everything before the arrival. Even when the guests arrived 3 hours later, still if these things are not sorted out well, they must be more careful than this. Another thing is that the bathroom door is not properly locked. That's just one of the very basic things in a hotel guest room. None of the beautifull and fancy things matter if the basics are not in a proper manner.

Location and the view are amazing. Rooms are very modern looking with eyecatching colours and designs. Cleanliness is superb. Availability of safe parking should be appreciated.

The kindness of the personnel, the concierge was helping us in suggesting taxi and drive and also was helpful in telling us about what to visit in Abu Dhabi. He was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was good with everything we needed.

We were checking out early in the morning, rushing to catch a flight. Unfortunately, the process was unnecessarily slow and frustrating. The receptionist seemed to take his time, making sure we had to wait as long as possible. It was, without a doubt, one of the slowest and most annoying checkouts we’ve ever experienced. He asked if we had used anything from the minibar, and we clearly told him no. Yet, instead of taking our word for it—especially since he had our credit card on file—he insisted on sending someone to check the room. After about 10 minutes of pointless waiting, they confirmed what we already knew: the room was in order, and we hadn’t touched the minibar. What could have been a smooth and hassle-free experience was completely ruined by an inefficient checkout process.

The property is located in a main boulevard, as results, many shops and restaurant are at walking distance. Overall the staff was very good and the experience was pleasing. Anytime I had some issue, they promptly solved it. One time the hot water was not working and the maintenance guy come in literally 2 minutes. Another time the door had the battery’s lock low on battery and again, they send someone to replace the batter in minutes.
