Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. BelarusWe resided on the 15th floor, with a nightclub located just two floors above us. The music blared loudly from midnight until the early morning hours, especially considering it was a Thursday. When we ventured out at night, we encountered numerous drunk individuals in both the elevator and the hotel lobby. This experience fell short of my expectations for a four-star hotel.
The friendly lady at the check-in counter assigned us a non-smoking room on a high floor, although we were unaware of the nearby nightclub on the 17th floor. The location was excellent, and the room proved to be clean with a splendid view. We opted for room service, and while the food wasn't exceptional, it was satisfactory.

RomaniaThe room was a bit cold and the technician sent to fix the problem basically shrugged. Since he barely spoke english, I am not sure if he was unqualified or simply did not understand what we were saying.
Great location, huge room with plenty of sunlight, good wi-fi connection, tiny (but nice) swimming pool, alcohol disco on the top floor, good, varied breakfast. All nice.

ItalyThe staff told us about a free upgrade on executive room, but I didn't ask which where the difference from the original reservation, and at the beginning hot water wasn't available even after many attempts, later after we returned from dinner, the staff told us sometime when room is not used that often we must make water run1 or 2 minutes, I would say more like 5 minutes or more, but in the end not big deal, everything was pleasant, clean and working.
The kindness and helpful desk staff, the room and facility where clean and as expected from description and photos. Also the tourist travel kit(including sleepers) were nice addition as my wife forgot to pack her toothbrush. Recommend for a cheap and comfortable stay in Abu Dhabi.

I like the fact that the hotel is at the central point of everything that could make your relaxation something to remember. The hotel also have a parking space, which takes away the stress of looking for parking place. I will always return once I have the opportunity to do so.

RomaniaI asked for a non smoking room but they gave me one for the people who smoke. I went to the receipton and they changed the room. Although I wanted 2 single beds... There was only one room available but with king size... It also was bigger room. It was 02.30 in the middle of the night so we just need to make a shower and sleep on a bed. Next day at check out the receptionist tried to make me pay extra as we stayed in a better room (it was bigger than the standard double room but I didn't asked for it). Eventually I told her that I reserved on Booking for a different price. I showed her the reservation confirmation and I just tell her goodbye and left. The carpet inside the room was with stains on it. The curtains was old and dusty. The person who brought the extra blanket didn't get me also the sheet for it and after I asked.. he brought normal sheets.. Not duvee (envelope type to cover both sides).
Good bed quality. Reccomand only for transit.

I very appreciate that the reception staff has accepted me at 7 of the morning even check-in starts at 14 after long night flight. Thank you miss Hope. The staff is very nice, the gentleman at the reception helped me with my suitcases and offered coffee and water during my waiting time. Good location, clean and comfortable. Good breakfast.
