Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe nightclub up stairs was open till 3:30am every night and the rooms would shake from the bass, was like being asleep next to the DJ every night. We did call reception one night at 12:30 and they turned the bass down.

The comfortable bed! I only needed a few hours rest and I got plenty of it, unfortunately it was interrupted by noise in the corridor from what I thought were staff various times in the night. The proximity to the bus stop. This was very convenient.
