I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel! The property itself is stunning, with a beautiful and luxurious atmosphere that exceeds expectations. What truly stood out, however, was the exceptional hospitality of the staff, particularly “””Tawanda””” at the reception. He was incredibly friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we received the highest quality of service.

The air freshener at the lobby and especially in the corridors were too strong. The ridge under the bed still contained traces of crips, so was not fully hoovered up.

The hotel was very modern and nice, the rooms spacious and the bed comfy. The bathroom was nice, we only had a shower no bath tub. The location was great, fantastic view to the city center and the Dubai Creek just at your doorsteps, great walk on the promenade with many restaurants. Breakfast had all you need and the coffee was very good.

construction works there, my second stay and both two times there were construction work in the entrance. made very unconvinced coming and leaving the hotel.

What an amazing hotel experience this was. Arrived with free valet parking service for our rental car. Bags brought to the room immediately. Take a room with balcony and Harbour view. Amazing view on city with burj khalifa. Enjoyed it every morning and evening. Great swimming pool area and service is the best. Personal is amazing as well. Anything you need is taken care of. Surroundings of hotel is beautifully done. Nice areas for kids or evening strolls. We’re coming back.

The staff was fantastic. We are traveling with a 1 year old baby and they were extremely accommodating and loving to our daughter and our young family's needs. Especially a big thank you to Jeshna who from the moment we arrived to the moment we left went that extra mile.

Everything was great. The only disappointing thing was that the gym's water machine was out of service. I called three times but received no water or assistance to fix it. I had to leave my training to get water from my room. I hope the staff will pay attention to gym water requests. (Only feedback; no complaint)

Great hotel, great location, and great staff. Breathtaking views from the swimming pool and amazing views of the Burj Khalifa in the evening. Highly recommended for families with children.

Excellent staff. Fast and smooth check-in process. Facilities are in perfect condition, clean. Breakfast is great. Our stay was wonderful. The location is easily accessible by taxi from the airport or other spots around the city. Free shuttle to the beach and mall. Highly recommend.

The 3 large tv screens on the terrasse. I suppose not the majority of ppl eating there need to follow the premier league on multiple screens. The parfume in the corridor and the lift far too strong.
