Beautiful and very clean hotel,very helpful stuff

Breakfast is standard but ok. You may wanna think of including a proper coffee (e.g. Americano) in the breakfast selection rather than charging for those ;)

New Hotel (2nd season), therefore very clean, nice beds, AC is working properly, pool is nice and clean. To highlight is the very nice young lady at the reception (and bar) with good English and who is helpful in every situation and also has good recommendations if you ask! We really appreciated that hospitality! Also the area of the hotel is (very) quiet compared to the party mile a bit further away - we were really glad about that! When we asked for a Taxi to Saranda to our ferry, we were offered a drive by an employee of the hotel for a fair price - which was nice! We will stay there again if we come back to Ksamil!

Everything about the hotel was great! The traffic in Ksamil, though, is crazy.

Very clean! Friendly staff. The hotel is only in it's second season so it looks modern and fresh. Pool area is decent, but gets very hot. Recommend the beaches beteween Puerto Rico and Last bay as they are less crowded then the other beaches . The breakfast was good.

The staff was really friendly and the room was cleaned everyday. Every two days the towels were changed. The hotel is really close to the bars and restaurants. Thank you, we really enjoyed. Appreciated.

Are you kidding?

Ksamil was a pleasant and unexpected experience! Wonderful beaches, with clear water, sunbeds and umbrellas, good services The restaurants offer good food, fish and seafood at reasonable prices. The hotel is almost new, impeccably clean both inside and outside. Clean swimming pool open until midnight next to which you can cool off with a beer or a cocktail Underground parking that protects your car from the heat of the day. The hotel has 3 floors. Our room on the top floor had a balcony with a beautiful view of the sea. Room with modern furniture, new bathroom with bidet toilet. The kind and polite staff responded to all our requests.

Electricity went out for a few hours which happens in the town from time to time but not a fault of the hotels

Everything was incredible! The staff is amazing, super helpful at all times and kind to you. The room is super clean and comfortable, works flawlessly. The breakfast is varied, with one of the best cheese I’ve ever eaten, as well as some wonderful cake. The swimming pool is just the cherry on top. During my stay, they were also very helpful answering questions and calling a cab when I needed to go to the port. Also, the beach close by has beautiful water and it’s a joy to go to. 10/10 and I’d totally stay there again.

Balcony light is not necessary during the night. But curtains are thick so didn't disturb at all.

The Hotel has all you need for an excellent holidays. Nice breakfast with hand made products, comfortable and clean rooms and friendly staff. The swimming pool is a plus to enjoy a relaxing time in the afternoon.

The hotel is brand new and very clean! Has a modern design and it feels very welcoming. The rooms have a balcony and good daylight. The breakfast by the pool in the morning is also a nice start for the day!

Noise from the beach front bars & club still managed to reached hotel, although it wasn’t excessive & seemed to finish around midnight, but presumably this would continue long into the night in the summer. it would have been nice to have had coffee making facilities in the room. we also had no hot water in the mornings.

Safe lockbox was not mounted to anything so it could be easily taken out of the room. But other than that everything was perfect!

Hotel is modern, close to everything, nothing is too much trouble for the staff, Alba is such a beautiful soul she defo makes you feel welcome and makes the face of the hotel, i kept getting fake tan on the towels even when I tried not to and o kept saying sorry but she just didn’t make an issue about it and she’s so friendly , hotel is spotless pool is so cute walk to everything is around 5 minutes defo coming back x

Room service could respect "do not disturb" a bit more. Ksamil is still a one big construction site, so the area around the hotel was not perfect.

People at the reception were very nice and helpful. Hotel was very nice, clean and tidy. We had everything we asked for and enjoyed our stay a lot :)

Alba is the nicest person ever. She is gorgeos. The hotel is excelente and nice, and very clean. The breakfast is very good. We love this hotel, we would deffinetly repeat.
