The whole experience was very nice from the reception team, specially Eretha who facilitated the check in and offered 3 adjacent rooms and was very supportive , Ali helped us to the rooms , Louma and cleaning team , Admiral and the restaurant team were very supportive and offered great service , the hotel offered to us Royal breakfast in a special terrace , I don't want to forget anyone because everyone tried his best to provide the best service. We had a fantastic stay! Regarding the room, the staff were incredibly kind and knowledgeable, and they generously upgraded us to one of their best rooms for free, which was a wonderful surprise. The breakfast was a highlight – a special thank you to Ms. Babu, who made delicious breakfasts for us, even preparing them in an Indian style, which made us feel very comfortable and at home. Overall, all the staff were extremely helpful throughout our stay. A special thanks must go to Mr. Ali, who went above and beyond to help us throughout our entire trip.

The location on the beach was just what we wanted. The service was excellent at all times and we were very happy with our room - we were upgraded from a partial sea view to a full balcony. The bathroom had a jacuzzi bath, which was very nice. We ate dinner in the terrace and the food and service was also excellent, with the added bonus of a beautiful sunset. Staff at every point of service were friendly and helpful.

We loved so many things but just some minor recommendations for improvement… the lighting in the restaurant at night is so bright, we chose to eat on the patio more because the room was so bright (very silly I know). The rooms have TV and there are English channels but I would love to have Netflix sometimes to relax. Overall such an amazing stay - really nothing to complain about!

Beautiful hotel with lovely staff. We stayed a month in their off-season (March). They upgraded us to a suite with an ocean view patio. The room was great with very comfortable mattresses and lots of space for a long stay. The restaurant was large and clean with lots of beautiful patio seating. Breakfast buffet was delicious and fresh - so much food! They also give a beautiful fruit plate at every breakfast which was amazing. The wait staff was kind and welcoming especially Nora and Admiral - we were well taken care of. The cleaning staff was very respectful and accommodating- lovely ladies especially Lump and Nexhi who checked in with us each morning to make sure we had enough water and towels. The front desk would greet us and check in that we were enjoying our stay especially Eva & Ali. We stayed a month and truly felt very welcome. I worked remotely from the room and had no issues with the internet - we ordered room service a lot since I worked evenings and the food was always hot and delicious. We did a few spa treatments- very luxurious and professional staff plus the indoor saltwater pool was very relaxing. Such a lovely hotel - will stay again to enjoy the summer time beach vibes.

Adriatik Hotel was amazing! The staff were attentive- from the reception team to the cleaning staff and the waiters/waitresses at the restaurants. Special mention to Admiral and his team who were great at every Breakfast session. The cleaning ladies Lume, Xhane - thank you! You all made my birthday worth experiencing in Durres, Albania.

Our stay was wonderful, and if we had to mention anything, it would be that we simply wished we had more time to enjoy all the fantastic facilities! There’s so much to experience that a longer stay would be ideal.

Our stay at Adriatik Hotel in Durrës was exceptional from start to finish. The spa facilities were top-notch, offering the perfect place to unwind, while the on-site restaurants impressed us with their delicious cuisine and excellent service. The hotel’s elegant ambiance, attentive staff, and prime beachfront location made our leisure trip as a couple truly memorable. We can’t wait to return!

This is probably one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. In terms of room, amenities, location, and the service. Everything is great. The staff like Jona in the front desk and Nora in the breakfast area/restaurant are very helpful and welcoming, which made my stay short but sweet. Since it's still low season, they granted my request to check out later than usual since my flight is at 21.40. I will definitely come back with the family and stay longer!

Everything was beyond perfect!

I stayed there just for one night and i felt like home. It was a great weather and waking up and watching the sea felt wonderful. The staff is the best staff i have ever seen in a hotel. The housekeeping team were extremely polite and the waiters were always smiling. They offered me a plate of fresh fruits at dhe breakfast and i really enjoyed it. Recepsion girls were very kind and they always have information or suggestions for every question that you may have. It was the best experience ever and i can't wait until summer. I will be back for sure 🥰❤️
