Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Good communication with the host, very clean and spacious apartment, the apartment got cleaned every day by one of the hosts, location is great (10 min walk from the boulevard), nice view from the balcony, car can be parked inside the gate but also parking space in front of the apartment, they even offered us a later checkout because it was raining in the morning, the apartment got everything you need

We stayed in one of Great Alexander Suites in the beggining of September and we liked that flat a lot: it was very spacious, clean and cosy, with the big balcony. Fully equipped kitchen, nice bathroom and large comfortable sofa in the living room. What was exceptional was the manager of the property, Kamela, who was very helpful, open and cheerful person. Any problem we had, any question, any request - she was always there to meet them :) In the flat there is no washing mashine, but they offer for use the one that they have in the staroge room :) What is more, we spent in Saranda 7 days and during our stay our flat was cleaned even more than once, which was supernice! And The most important thing: parking is available just in front of the house, which is really a huge advantage (taking into consideration traffic conditions in Saranda).

The location is a little weird. It is placed next to a stadium, in a place that looks not that pleasant. However it is close to a supermarket and to the beach.

The area is not the best, a bit dirty and run-down, but that seems to be the state of things in Saranda/Albania.
Great place: clean, high standard, good air-conditioning, balcony for every room, cleaning of apartment and a change of bed linen and towels every 2nd day, AND most importantly, great service from Camela on the front desk!!

The oven wasn’t working even before we arrived so they decided at the end to give us a small refund. I think they should also provide couple of tools so that people can clean the flat themselves when they feel so.
It’s been nice to stay there, good position, air conditioning in every room which made the experience much better. We chose this apartment cause we wanted to cook and I should say all the tools were pretty much provided.

On the first day, the apartment lacked a remote control for one of the air conditioners. Because of this, it was not possible to accurately adjust the temperature in one of the rooms. But then the remote control returned from repair and there were no more problems.
Great apartment for family or group of friends. There is everything necessary for comfortable living and recreation. Administrator Camilla always was friendly and helpful. Impressions are very good. I recommend this place to families.

The hot water ran out quite quickly, but it was summer so not a problem
The property was fantastic- the receptionist Camela was the perfect host, friendly, welcoming, and a highlight of our stay. It was great value for money, especially for a group and had all relevant facilities. We will definitely be coming back for any future stays in Saranda.

Really top place, very spacious with everything you need and maybe even more, very nice view of the city from the balcony. Great location, walking distance from the whole city. But probably the best is the owner, very nice and helpful from the first moment. Perfect communication. The price is great for the location.

The appartement was great. It was very spacious and clean. The host was extremely helpful. After dislocating my knee during the night she stayed up for hours to contact a doctor and the hospital and make sure everything was alright. We really couldn't have wished for a better host.

Very clean room, located in a quiet area. They changed everything after two days (towels, and bed linens). Kamela helped us to find, negotiate and rent scooter to visit places around Sarandë. She was so friendly and helpful. I recommend this place!

For me the place was perfect and I don't have any discontent.
Everything was perfect. The room is as described in the photo and have all the stuff for a family. Householder is a nice and friendly person, was ready to help with everything. I suggest this place for everyone who want to stay in Saranda.
