The parking on site is a bit limited and it's a pretty tight squeeze to get into some of the spaces. In the morning when we went to leave there were other cars blocking us in so we had to find a hotel staff member but they were quick to move all the cars as needed so we could get out. If you are one of the later cars to the lot I believe you'd need to leave your keys with them for this reason. There is parking across the street as well which we used the last night for less hassle as we had an early start for the ferry the next day.

This hotel has a great location that is just outside the busy areas of downtown Sarande so offers more peace and quiet. It's a short walk to a number of great restaurants, shops and grocery stores which was convenient for our stay. They have a relationship with the beach club just below the property so you can pay for the sunbeds by the water and the hotel will reimburse you those fees which is a great bonus we weren't expecting. They even have towels you can borrow for the beach which is a nice touch. Breakfast was very good with lots of fresh fruit which I particularly enjoyed. The room was spacious and comfortable with plenty of closets and areas to put your luggage. Service was always friendly and helpful. Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

The only downside was the parking facility which was rather small and limited and required to wait until they moved some of the cars out of the way since it was a bit crowded.

Some people wrote in their reviews that the only entrance to the room is from the terrace, and I could not understand why is it bad. Now I know - you step in from the dirty (in our case - also wet because of the rain) right into your bed, The terrace rooms are very small, there is hardly any place for luggage. There's no even a small hallway to leave your wet footwear and jackets, so the room immediately feels crammed and stuffy. It's probably much better in summer when it's hot and dry, but we visited in March. Because it was off-season we were maybe the only guests in the hotel. Knowing the circumstances (bad weather), the host could have easily upgraded our rooms There was some sort of reconstruction in the hotel restaurant, leaving a couple of tables to use for breakfast. Apart from that there was no lobby, no cafe or restaurant, no staff except the one host who did not speak English at all, and no atmosphere.

The host was really nice despite the fact that we couldn't communicate and tried his best to serve us a nice breakfast and help us with parking. The rooms were clean.

There is a construction site is nearby at this moment, generating huge noises during the whole daytime, making it very uncomfortable to stay in the room during the daytime. The choices of breakfast are very limited, almost the same every morning.

The hotel is located on the edge of Saranda city, 20 minutes drive to the town centre, easy access to the restaurants, pubs, shops and supermarkets, very close to the beach, with stunning sea views from the balcony, the hotel and its facilities are brand new, the rooms are very clean, the room services are quite good, with daily room cleaning services, the high quality breakfast is included, free parking garage is provided.

The reception service can be better. Following the first day, I was expecting more consistency with the cleaning service (example: bath mat sometimes was not provided, and others). The room had little natural light once you need to have the curtains closed to enable privacy (ground floor).

The doble room was nicely decorated and clean, as well as the restaurant area. The bar and breakfast staff were really nice. We enjoyed the breakfast as well.

The room was small and we were living near the kitchen (the ground floor), so it was loud until late night. We also didn’t like the beach near the hotel, so we found another one.

It was very clean, there were a lot of disposable hygiene items. Room was being cleaned every day. The stuff and owner are nice people. They helped us with taxi, food, booking issues and so on. The hotel gives new towels for the beach every day. Breakfast was nice too, but the same every day.

This hotel is not for 4 stars rate. They dont have pool, coffee machine in rooms. Hotel beach is not that mich good especially for family with children. Next to the beach river is coming inside sea and water is too cold.

Private beach was full of people from all over. It is a stone beach. The beach is also extremely noisy because of very loud music being played all day long at the beach bar. The breakfast in the hotel comes with a really bad coffee, if you want a normal / good one, you have to pay additionally (many guests preferred to pay). Laundry is absolutely overpriced (e.g. 1 piece of underwear 4 EUR), luckily a cheap local laundry shop is close by.

The TV had no suitable channels to watch, the breakfast was the worst part of the 3 days, eggs and sausages were cold, the variety was poor and finally they had one person serving coffee that had no clue how tom make a latte or other types of coffees as well as controlling so you could only have one. The person in charge of the restaurant/Breakfast was always vaping in the restaurant were we had our breakfast.

The room was great with a fantastic balcony with a partially sea view. the bathroom was also nice.

Cold, not attended to, poorly made, limited options and nothing worth eating, we did not eat breakfast after the first day "Private beach" is not private as it is far from the hotel. The HOtel is veryyyyyy far from town. Throughout, the elevator did not work and the views were terrible

I liked very much the helpful and welcoming staff, Aurora and Majli! Aurora gave us all the information about beaches and restaurants! She really was amazing and professional! Also the room was nice with large terrace! Nice breakfast and clean area.
