Not a good sound isolation, you will hear every step of someone walking the stairways.

Nice breakfast and good Coffee that was free, you just need to ask. The location is good but you need a little walk of 1 km to get to center and the best beaches. The pool was also pleasing.

Balcony is reasonably small and looks over a building site, so if you are someone who likes to spend time on the balcony this could be an issue. It didn’t impact our stay though.

We enjoyed our stay at Bianco Hotel, the staff were very pleasant, room was a good size for a family with a separate are with two twin beds for the kids. We visited off season so the closest beach was not really open. Instead we went to Bora Bora beach which was a 5/10 minute drive, 30 min walk away. Breakfast was good, we were brought a cooked breakfast, pastries, bread and coffee. On the second day, the staff had gone to the trouble of getting some cereal as we had mentioned it the day before. We didn’t use the pool area. Limited parking available at the front of the hotel. I’d happily visit again.

Rusty key, the receptionist informed us previous guests lost the second key so me and my sister had to depend on each other and we did not have cleaners to clean otherwise we would need to hand in the key. No restaurant within hotel.

The parking space is a bit small and this is a serious problem for those you use a car for moving around the village.

The cleaning was supurb.Absolutely profesional cleaning of the room.Spacious rooms and well decorated.Nice breakfast as well.

Very new hotel, amazing breakfast, great pool, lovely room, next to main road but much quieter away from the noise of the beach bars. Short walk to the sea and around the coast path to the restaurants and bars so perfect location. 2 mins to bus stop to visit Sarandë or Butrint.

The cold/hot water of the shower was horrible, imposibile to maintain a constant temperature/pressure. The pool schedule starting at 9, pretty late, I would rather switch the schedule to 7-19 instead of 9-21.

The location was fine, we were able to stay with our dog, the breaksfast was fine (maybe they can change the menu at least once a week). I was allowed to stay on the terrace even if the bar was closed.

Despite the hotel being relatively modern, some things are a bit worn down, perhaps because of hasty construction or quick wearing out of materials. Our room was on the ground floor, which isn't the ideal floor. During our stay, the restaurant at the other side of the road thought that it would help attract customers if they would play very loud live music (it didn't). This was very noticeable in the room, even with the windows closed. Two days before we left, it seemed that the live music stopped; hopefully this is still the case.

Good location, enough parking space. Overall quite clean and friendly staff.

Bianco hotel is a good hotel: clean, good bed&shower, at the end of Ksamil (so less crowded). Free parking space. Breakfast was not the best but okay.

Conveniently located right next to the public bus stop and a short-ish walk into town. The check in was extremely efficient and the rooms clean and modern. Breakfast is excellent and served in the shady rooftop terrace. The pool was clear and quiet.

The hairdryer was not working.

This hotel is amazing and exceeded my expectations. Location is not next to central beaches but perfect for those who would like a calmer stay without too much noise. It still has a beach right next to the hotel (~2 min walk) and to the main beaches the walk is about 10-15 min. The breakfast was on a roof terrace with a beautiful view and very delicious. The pool is nice. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. Overall, totally recommend it.

The breakfast was a bit basic, and was left out in ambient temperature all the time which is alarming considering it was high 30’s when we went. The room had a real lack of mirrors/ anywhere to do your hair or make up. No full length mirror in the room too was a nightmare.

Location was really good, rooms were clean and one of the few places with a pool. Staff were helpful too. Rooms had good air con and good wifi.

Loud music at the swimming pool.

The room and hotel in general were very clean. The staff speaks proper english and was very friendly. Breakfast (on the rooftop) was good.
