The 4 person (1 twin + 2 single) room was in the lower ground with small windows to pedestrian foot level.

Great view from shared terrace and delicious breakfast. Check in was smooth and card payment was accepted. Staff are very friendly.

Lovely breakfast, good location, helpful team. The room was clean and very comfortable, although you may want an eye mask if you are a light sleeper, as the blinds do not black out the room and the call to prayer/ local cockerels may wake you up early (this will be common throughout Berat!). The shower was nice, hot and powerful. The WiFi was good, but bits of our room were a bit of a blackspot for coverage. Overall a pleasant stay to enjoy Berat!

The room was really small but it was ok for one night. Our room gives to the small street (not busy) but we could hear all the noise from outside (not much, but not confortable)

The shower didn’t have a structure, so you got water everywhere when you took a shower, but in Albania most hotels are like this. Fortunately, the room is cleaned everyday, so it’s not a huge mess

The room was very nice, comfortable and clean. Very good bed and pillows. The hotel is right in the middle of the old town. From there you can get to the principal sites in Berat very quickly. The staff was very helpful, even with parking, one of the staff came with us to park the car (since Berat is a UNESCO site, you cannot park everywhere and it’s very restricted) and then gave us a ride back to the hotel. The breakfast was good - Albanian traditional.

We really liked the traditional-style room, and the view from the breakfast area was great. The breakfast was big and tasty, and we thought the staff were really nice and helpful. The hotel is in a great area in the old town, not too far a walk up the hill to get there!

Absolutely gorgeous property - character stone room and extremely comfortable bed and pillows. Modern bathroom with big shower and excellent pressure. Very generous breakfast with eggs, pastry, fruit, marmalade, bread, juice and coffee. The staff are very friendly and courteous.

It's a super nice cozy hotel with awesome staff working there! Our room was clean and great size, but the only issue was the nonfunctioning AC. We struggled at night as the room started to feel like a sauna.

Maybe a place to hang out a little bit more and it seems they are finishing the hotel, but that would be the finishing touch and you can see that they will do soon because they really care about the place!

Good value for the price of the room in a city that offers a lot of places to stay. It had a really nice breakfast that offers more than the standard and the staff is really nice, good terras for a drink at night. Good beds! They arraigned a taxi back to Tirana and it worked out perfectly.

Very nice family run hotel located in the historical center of the city. Easy to get everywhere by foot, to the kastel district, to the Osum river, to the other side ( Gorica) of the city through 2 bridges. Museums are also close. As it is located in the historical center the hotel does not have their own parking lot but it was not a problem at all as there is parking area in walking distance. Before arrival we got clear directions how to get there. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated in the style of the old town. Very cozy. Even the tile in the bathroom suits the style. The staff is very helpful and kind, can speak perfect English. The breakfast was great: tasty and good quality. And the view from the breakfast terrace was amazing. Starting your day from here is just perfect. It is also possible to make hiking tour by Osum Canyon, local gids may help you. At the river bank you may buy herbs and thee leafs from local people, very nice. We can recommend the restaurant Muzaka with a garden with peaceful atmosphere, nice food, kind waiter and beautiful view.

Good location, in the old town. Amazing hospitality, Ramo helped us with the allocation of the hotel, advised where to find the parking spots (free and paid), and gave us a lot of suggestions for restaurants and historical places. And let us check out later. The breakfast was delicious and fresh, on the terrace with a nice view of the old town. We also could choose the room among few available that were corresponding to our booking.

Traditional hotel in excellent location. We booked this hotel to visit Berat and stay overnight. We were travelling as a family and booked 2 rooms, which were next to each other on the ground floor. We loved the traditional feel of the hotel, wooden beams, colourful rugs, lace blinds and old trinkets. It was exceptionally clean and lovely and cool. The breakfast was included and it was too, excellent. We all loved Berat, the photos show you how it looks but not how it feels, calm but atmospheric steeped with culture and tradition. We enjoyed drinks at a rooftop bar across the bridge, overlooking Berat, amazing and enjoyed a meal at a grill restaurant which was brilliant value for money. Would definitely recommend, don't hesitate to book this beautiful hotel.

Water sink in the shower wasn't working properly, clerks in charge of booking were not that organized sending email asking for review of staying before I even reached the place and then a second email asking when I will arrive, while I was already checked in.

Our bathroom was a bit old and mouldy with a shower curtain and the bathroom would flood if you would have a shower.
