They don’t serve breakfast We had 4 room the water hitting system is small few of us didn’t have warm water for shower and we couldn’t wait.

The place is new very clean and big rooms. It is a bit out on the old center which was good for us we had a huge van. Very clean.

Location is perfect 👍 it’s very close to the city center and close to the castle! Rooms are very clean and you have everything inside! Beds are very soft, big smart tv, fridge, comfortable bathroom, etc. I am really enjoying my stay there!

Rooms were quite small.

Although a boutique hotel, very well located. The host was exceptional and gave us all the information we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Loved the fact it was family run, as it added that personal touch.

The room was very clean, spacious and totally worth the money. It was located 10 min far from the Bazaar, which is great. The host was friendly and very responsive. It offered also free drinking water!!

The host was spectacular. From the moment we arrived they made us feel like family. They even dropped us to the bazaar on our first night. Another notable point was that the room was spotless and that they had a bidet. Overall our stay with them was amazing, we would love to stay with them again one day!

Super clean and cozy. Best value for money. Host was super helpful in providing advice and information about the city. Walking distance to the Old Bazaar and parking is offered free with the room. Definitely going back when in the city.

Everything was fantastic, this is a brand new place on the outskirts of the old town at a great price. it is very beautifully decorated, just perfect. Our hosts were amazing, so helpful. We discovered that the website with bus information was incorrect and they went out of their way to help us. Her husband drove us to bus on his way to work and checked times in bus office for us and her son who works in Sarande found the information for connecting bus to Hirana from Sarande. All Albanian people we met were so lovely and helpful but this family went over and above to help us.

Kristi was nothing short of a fantastic host! We were greeted by his lovely mother who helped us settle into our room early and gave us a great dinner recommendation. The room was spotless and had everything we needed for our short stay - soap, body wash, water etc. Our car battery had died and Kristi very kindly drove us to three different shops just to help us get a new one! Couldn’t recommend this hotel any more ☺️

Kristi (host) and his mother keep the place immaculate. In addition, they are very friendly and helpful. We had to leave to Saranda after our stay and Kristi happened to go there as well and offered us a ride. The bazaar is close by and so is the castle. Everything you need basically. Would definitely recommend to stay here over a hotel where you pay twice the price and get half the value. 10/10.
