Best location, great privacy, and a comfy bed. Loved the balcony and the smooth communication via WhatsApp. They even offered late check-out, luggage storage, ticket printing, and card payment. Highly recommend!

Cloud 5 was the perfect place to stay in the heart of Tirana! The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the self-check-in process was incredibly easy and convenient. I loved having a coffee machine and tea available such thoughtful touches that made my stay feel like home. The room was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable visit. Being surrounded by lounge bars, cafes, and all the best spots in Blloku was a huge bonus. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and hassle-free stay in Tirana!

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The value for money is fantastic; you get so much for what you pay. The owner is extremely sweet and helpful, always ready to assist if needed. Everything was super clean, and the cleaning lady was incredibly kind. This is definitely a place we’d love to stay at again. They also offer a great variety of rooms, so there’s something suitable for everyone. A solid 10 out of 10!

Everything about my stay at Cloud5 was absolutely perfect! The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Blloku, surrounded by great restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The cleaning was impeccable,everything was spotless and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making me feel welcomed and taken care of. The room was modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep ever! I will definitely choose Cloud5 again for my next visit. Highly recommend!

Nothing, everything was perfect 🤩

I had a perfect stay at Cloud5 in Blloku! The room was spotless and beautifully designed. The self-check-in process was seamless, and I received all the information I needed through WhatsApp, which made everything so convenient. The location is amazing surrounded by restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and everything you could possibly need. It was also super easy to find. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

2 comments. 1. The rooms smelled heavily as a smoking room. This smell is in the curtains chairs and bed. As a non smoker this is annoying. Please insist on the non smoking ban and ask for Penalties. second small comment : the automatic email from booking does not explain that there will come a WhatsApp message from a sender unknown in the name of Circle AL. I thought is was spam so I didn’t read and don’t get the information how to check in. Would be helpful if you update the booking standard email to announce this WhatsApp message.

The location in the middle of Tirana Blloku area. Is perfect. Everything can be done by walking. The room is new. The bed is good. The bathroom is far above Albanian standard! Will come back

The best location ever, walking distance to everything bars restorants and you are in middle of Blloku, yet very quiet by night! The room is amazing comfortable new and very clean! Very easy to find and accesses with codes is super cool! The staff that assist by whatsapp very friendly. We will be back for sure!

I am very satisfied with my stay at CLOUD5. The room was very clean and you find everything you need. The staff was very friendly and very polite. They helped us a lot with the information we needed about the city and the destinations. CLOUD5 has a fantastic location as it is in the most attractive area of ​​the city where everything can be accessed. Near the CLOUD5 there are restaurants, bars, banks, shops...so everything you might need. I felt like at home... every time I will be back in Tirana, CLOUD5, my favourite place!!! Simply fantastic!........and Thank you very much!

There are no employees on site so no one to explain how to get in. That said, my contact was quick to respond when I asked her.

The location is absolutely perfect and the room itself is pleasant. The bed is super comfortable. The Biloku neighborhood is quiet but filled with restaurants and bars, and a 12 minute walk to Skanderberg Square.

I didn’t like that the door felt flimsy, and it was very sensitive to other doors in the hotel being opened or closed, causing my door to tremble. Also, I was disappointed that the shower didn’t have a proper barrier or raised edge on the floor to prevent water from leaking into the rest of the bathroom.

The aircon was behind the curtains which made it ineffective until I hooked up the curtains which wasn’t easy.

The location was central in Blokku and it was easy to find and access even though I arrived after midnight. The room and bathroom were lovely and really spacious. Everything was clean, comfortable and secure. The staff were quick to respond on WhatsApp for any questions I had.

The WiFi disappeared for the last night. But it wasn’t because of the apartment block. Provider issues. Could hear the neighbors sometimes, the door doesn’t close properly.

Great locations, Blloku is the the place where everything is near by. Walking distance. Supply with two bottles of water, two capsules of coffee and cups - that’s nice. Pillows are comfortable and the bed too. Private hall what is nice too. The tv is nice too, can easily connect to the iPhone. Smart tv
