Amazing property, only few steps from the beach (everything very clean and new). Breakfast pretty decent as well. Staff are extremely helpful (I want to leave a big thanks for Elion, who welcomed us and helped with tips for Ksamil).

The bathroom had insuficient hanging places, the cleaning was not great, the furniture was damaged. We couldn't sleep because of the heat, as we couldn't use the air conditioning that blew towards our heads.

Great location, close to Lory Beach, restaurants and supermarket. Nice pool. Good breakfast.

The suitcases were left in foyer exposed, as we had ours taken by another guest. The receptionist & manager kindly ensured it was returned, but it wasn't left safely in a locked room. Not necessarily the hotels fault as there isn't 'space' but would have been better if it was kept safely and checked before taken from the premises as it was a lot of inconvenience. Luckily the camera was fully working and captured this. Much appreciation and to the taxi driver for his patience.

The hotel was everything we needed as we were staying in Ksimil and never been before. Clean, house keeper fabulous - by accident water was spilt and she quickly helped us clean it in the hallway. great view, high standard.

The Noise from the local clubs...I had read this before in reviews and thought I will still go and see for myself. From around 10am the "Beach Clubs" take it in turns to provide the whole of Ksamil waterfront beaches with their music there is no escaping it. Every restaurant u go in even tho playing their own music u can still here the pounding constant beat of dance tunes, you sit on your balcony it's all you here and closing the door doesn't make much differece!! This goes on until midnight. Now I love music but I don't really understand how it's right that one club should play music so loud the whole place has to listen. One of these clubs across the water was a 20 minute walk away and the noise was like it was next door. No sun on hotel beds/pool after 11am. One morning I was filling my small water bottle at breakfast and was told off by the waiter as water is for breakfast only. I seen a few people with there insulated cups also being told off for filling them. Returned to the hotel one day after being on an 8 hour boat trip and our door was wide open. Obviously not closed properly after the maid had cleaned. Thankfully nothing was taken. No hooks anywhere for towels or jackets. Only 5 hangers in room.

The hotel is in a prime position overlooking the Ksamil Islands. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the views are amazing. There is a mini Fridge that can hold about 15 bottles coke/beer etc. The hotel room comes with 2 free sunbeds and a parasol on the beach daily and beach towels are provided fresh every day. The beach although busy still has a lot one space than many others in the area and a lovely beach bar. The Lori Beach restaurant right on the doorstep does an amazing Steak and lovely Pasta, everyone seemed to enjoy the seafood too but I am not a lover of seafood so did not try. Breakfast was continental and the omlettes were particularly tasty. The bathroom had soap and shampoo and conditioner combined small bottles replaced daily. Lovely hotel and reasonably priced for the position and pleasant staff.

A few steps from the beach and sunbed for Lori beach is included. The hotel is on the calmer side of the town which we appreciate a lot, it also means that there are less choices of restaurants. Affordable laundry service (15e/wash) Afternoon reception girl was very nice.

There was no bin in our room there was no kettle. No tea,or coffe, no water in the fridge. And we couldn’t bring any left over food to our room. Apart from that it was excellent

The noise from the city can be heard in the night, you can solve this issue with earplugs though. There were no towel holders in the bathroom which was really incomfortable.

The hotel has good breakfast, nice, helpful staff. The location is close to Lori beach, for which we had free access. The room and bathrooms were clean.

Breakfast didn’t have much choice. I took water for my 4 year old son in his bottle and I was told if I wanted water I had to go to the market to buy water. My son was thirsty and asked me for water.

Need more drawers in room and some hooks or towel rail in bathroom. Minor issues.

Edge of town, quieter, right next to Lori beach. You get given beach towels and a pass for your sunbeds. Superb value and the bar at the beach is great, iced coffees, fresh OJ, nice snacks and meals. All in all, a great stay. All the staff, especially Elvira were fantastic.

Only downside is that there was no parking available as it was full

The swimming pool wasn’t operational

The pool was nice but would’ve been good to have the bar open to make use of the pool a bit more. It’s a little walk from the main restaurants but if you have a car this isn’t a problem

A very clean hotel with a beach club attached. You can use the sun beds for free with the hotel which is great. The staff were helpful when we asked for things and great communication beforehand too.

Very good location, short foot walk from restaurants at the coast, breakfast good, friendly staff, very near to beach where sun loungers and umbrella were free for hotel guests.
