Everything! The hotel is new and beautiful, my room was big, super clean and so nice, never had a bed so big in my life. Bathroom was spacious and towels were so big and fluffy. Restaurant was ok, cheap prices and different food options

Good location for airport for a stop. Clean. Friendly. They help us to print boarding passes. At the restaurant you can order breakfast. Good value for money.

Unfortunately, there is no transfer to the airport, as stated in booking. It is a place that is only frequented by men and I would not recommend it for women traveling alone.

It is exactly 6.5 km from the airport. You pay 10-12 euros for a taxi.

Everything was great! Clean, modern, comfortable room. We got room service from the restaurant downstairs and it was also good. A 12 euro taxi ride from airport (about 10 mins), convenient for our morning flight.

The hotel is close with Tirana Airport, all the time when I have to travel from Tirana I choose this hotel.

We booked the room. Our flight got delayed and as a result of this we got there very late at night. Since we didn't come in time, they gave our room to someone else and we didn't have a room to stay in, with 2 very tired kids and 2 very tired parents. Eventually they find a room for us to stay in. At this point we didn't have an alternative and we had to take it since it was 4am. No discount for the inconveniences was offered and the room was not good.

It was close to the airport and this is the only good thing I have to say.

The excellent staff of the hotel is extremely professional and friendly. They met all my requests. They allowed me free parking while I was traveling (kind receptionist Xhovani), I got a free bottle of water from the restaurant manager (I don't know his name, he doesn't have hair), so I've never met such kindness in my travels. The rooms are spacious, the breakfast is excellent and cheap.

Nothing really. Especially by Albanian standards, it was a 10 out of 10.

Beautiful, clean, and modern hotel room! I loved staying there! It was close to the airport which made it very convenient for flying out early the next morning. The price was fantastic!

Good property but we booked a room specifically with a bath and paid extra particularly for this. When we arrived and self-checked in there was already another couple in that room - we also invaded their privacy completely. The staff were not organised in sorting out this problem so we agreed to stay in the room but on the condition that we would be refunded the additional amount paid for the bath. We never received the refund, the staff member we were in contact with was completely unresponsive despite following up multiple times.

It was quite loud you can hear cars passing by during the nigh as well, so you can not open the windows. Also there is some kind of bar downstairs and you can hear the music the whole night. Not too loud but it's kind of as background noise. There was no fridge in our room, no kettle or glasses. The bathroom is a bit old fashioned. It is right to the gas station and highway so there is no place to walk.

The bed was comfortable, towels and bed sheets were clean. The price is lower than the avarage in the area. The staff was nice. They have elevator.

Smelling on cigarets although non-smoking sign was on the table! Too noisy, windows do not shout the sound from the road.

Is behind a Gas station in the middle of nowhere. The bathrooms have mirrors and curtains that can be open so you have a bed view, it seems the hotel also accepts clients for hours, and that is the main business. The bathroom was very filthy on the corners and shower. The staff yells at each others and to the clients all the time

The workers there are very rude and grumpy, people smoke inside - including at the restaurant -, and both me and my partner got food poisoning after eating there. I do not recommend
