The receptionist was above and beyond fantastic. The food was terrific. We were upgraded to a junior suite with a great balcony. The furniture was absolutely lovely.

We simply fell in love with the Executive Suite, its opulent decor, in-room bathtub and spacious balcony (with a view of the sunset too). The staff was the next best thing - everyone was professional, friendly and spoke good English. Super helpful. We asked a question about some cultural parade that passed through the boulevard and the front desk staff made sure to find out and let us know what it was. The restaurant staff was also very attentive. The Turkish bath could be used for free and was beautiful. Parking was a breeze. Wish we had booked a longer stay! Highly recommended.

Loved our stay. The room was really large and special, with a juliet balcony within the palm trees. We used the hamman for free which was a nice treat to do something different after a days walking. Staff were really friendly. We ate dinner at the restaurant and would really recommend it. Very nice all round.

NetherlandsWe don't really have a big point of critique, save for the fact that it was not known to us beforehand that, during our stay, the maids were only present in the mornings. If we had known that, we would have adapted our plans to allow for the rooms to be cleaned every day, but this was a very minor detail. We were informed about this after we asked, so no real issue.
Good breakfast concept: choice between various dishes. This maintains some form of exclusivity and avoids the general "all you can eat"-vibe that somethimes exists in larger hotels/resorts.

Hotel Epidamn is in the main street of Durres (which is closed down for cars between 19.00 and 23.00 in case you arriving with a car) and so very close to everything in Durres. They take care of parking of your car. We booked the Executive suite, which is a little bit more expensive, but well worth the money. The room is on the top floor (5th) has a classical appearance, is very spacious, a seperate bath with gold details in the room, which my gf loved. The room is very quiet and we slept very well. It also had a large balcony, with a very nice view! We liked the reataurant very much, very good food and very nice drinks. The hotel can look expensive from the outside, but that's not the case. Good quality for very ok money. The staff is very helpfull and friendly. We loved staying here and would absolutely come back.

SwedenBeautiful building with extraordinary well-thought interior, giving a modern old-fashioned impression. The hotel is located in the middle of the bulevardul, which makes it in grate proximity to the city center as well as the beach. Super service-minded restaurant personnel and excellent food. The hotel is a great choice for a couple or small family.

GermanyThe doors are not perfectly isolated. I would recommend light sleepers to take some ear plugs with them just in case that you have noisy neighbors.
Everything was perfect. The rooms were really nice, the staff friendly, the drinks and breakfast delicious. And the wifi good. It’s good situated and still pretty quiet.
