Really bad breakfast, a la carte from which you could only choose one option. Very uncomfortable parking place, small and unprotected, risky for the car. Location was a disaster, main road closes at night, lots of bars and people, loud noice and no soundproof windows, you cant sleep and rest and generally hotel is old but it tricks you because it seems renovated. Doesnt worth staying there, especially if you travel for business.

Receptionists were ok, room and bathroom were clean. Very friendly waiters.

Little confusing with no soap for the hammam. Also be prepared to wait for the breakfast.

This is my third stay in 3 years. Breakfast has a regulated menu that, allowing for individual tastes, inevitably over 3 days repeats itself! 2 out of 4 days l got the fresh leaf tea, one day l was charged for water! They have a design towards healthy eating, yet serve, horrible white bread! The tv never worked despite complaints and the WiFi on the 3rd floor was intermittent.

Furniture, receptionist was most helpful, location.

The breakfast food is not nice at all. The Turkish Bath is included in the price but there’s no massage etc. just the ability to walk into the warm room, with taps and bowls. The hotel is on a main road so it’s very noisy and difficult to sleep until the early hours even on a weekday.

The property itself is beautiful. Very clean & the rooms are comfortable with good air con.

One of the bed lights were broken. Room dusty. Bathroom had issues with drainage. Breakfast was disappointing: juice was already finished by 8:30, portions very small and unsatisfying. Service arrogant and inattentive. Loud noises from the bar below until 23:00.

I did not like the blanket. During night whenever I switched from left side to right, I woke up to the sound it made. Every single time. It was pretty "loud" blanket, if it makes even any sense, however, it was comfy. The noise isolation was also pretty poor. Even the silent music in the hallways could be heard inside of the room, let alone neighbors talking or walking in the hallways.

I liked the general overview of the hotel. The decoration inside was beautiful, also my room was very pretty - I liked the wooden theme. I also enjoyed the turkish bath. I also liked that the cleaner lady had folded my clothes while I was eating breakfast.

The room was unfortunately far from being clean. This was the same in the bathroom. The shower had no screen or curtain so when showering the water splashed everywhere. Unfortunate design.

The hotel is located on the main street and it is a very beautiful period building with nicely furbished rooms. Staff was kind and helpful. We particularly loved the breakfast in the courtyard,

Very small room, no hangers or hooks to hand your cloths, not enough towels, even though its a non smoking room it smelled of cigarettes and mildew. The flower box outside our window was full of cigarette buts.

We arrived and there was no parking slot; the car was at a second location (not acceptable) and only after 2 hours we properly found a proper parking; bathroom dirty full of hair; room dirty with a lot of dust; room with a view on the NOISY blvd when on web site is written that all the rooms has a view on the interior garden we looked for a GM or director contact and of course and there was nothing on line

Small standard room (10mq+3mq bathroom), lower than what is indicated by booking. The room curtains could not prevent the light from entering. Cleanliness good but not great (considering the level of the hotel). In my 5 days permanence no change of bedding.

Nice place, very close to the Center. Excellent Wi-Fi. On average helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Working AC. Excellent breakfast.

There was a street party taking place directly outside our room that did not end until 12:00 midnight. When combined with a loud call to prayer at 4:30 in the morning, we did not get much sleep. Parking is public parking on the street. Because of the street party, we had to move our car in the morning to avoid getting a ticket. Bathroom is charming but the shower is small. Breakfast was nice and the staff very friendly but the service was very slow. It took almost an hour for the food to arrive and we were the only guests in the breakfast area at the time. I would have liked to take advantage of the onsite hammam but was told the open hours didn't line up with our check-in/check out.

The property is beautiful. The dining area and the garden are stunning. The room had a very nice balcony and historic features that are charming.

A very noisy place. Maybe its the Dürres vibe, but the experienced hospitality doesn’t come anywhere close to all other experiences we had in Albania (on more than 1 trip). Staff seems uninspired. Albania is famous for its genuinely heartfelt hospitality towards guests and visitors. No signs of this here whatsoever. An underwhelming experience in that sense.

The staff was very obliging whether it‘s in the restaurant, the reception or the housekeeping, they tended to all my needs and wants. The food in the restaurant was truly spectacular!! The Wi-Fi was free with good download rate which is great for someone who has to use the internet as much as I do.

The property is very worn with boxes, sound equipment, trash bags, placed throughout. Wallpaper peeling off walls, stains, carpeting very filthy.

Despite serious sound issues from the DJ in the restaurant, the staff went out of their way to accommodate me.
