Recommendation: - add omelette (at least by order) to the breakfast options - better soundproofing - there is kettle but no tea/coffee, i think at least couple of tea/coffee bags can be provided. as well as some sugar/salt.

Friendly staff that checked us in at 4 am, comfy bed, fully equipped kitchen ( however, we did not use it). Socket near the bed and hairdryer available. Good breakfast.

It was such a great experience, the staff was very friendly, very good quality of breakfast, the location just perfect not noisy at all and very close to everything especially to the beaches if you don’t want to drive. We were also travelling with a dog and they welcomed us in a very friendly atmosphere and that was a plus for me.! I highly recommend it. Thank you for everything.

The bed and pillows are not comfortable.

Very nice host, our room was on the first floor, even had a balcony. The room was clean, the bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The air conditioning and TV worked. Breakfast was on the rooftop terrace, varied and delicious every morning. The accommodation is about a 6-8 minute walk from the nearest beach.

There was a problem with the water. It was either too hot to take a shower or just a little warm.

I didn't see any negativity

This area is beautiful, Getting to the public beach from where we stayed is 3-4 minutes on foot. Centrally located close to everywhere, Family business But they also manage things professionally. Our demands were always met. Those who chose customer the hotel were also of good quality. Thank you Gerard.

Everything was as described in the booking, they gave us the room we asked for and it was identical as in the photos. The hosts were very nice and polite. We asked for a little oil and got whole mug and delicious homemade breakfast. We would gladly come again and we recommend it to everyone. It's close to the center and to all of the good beaches.

Bathroom good, but could have shower curtain, because of hairdryer. Location good, but you can see small bit of sea, because buildings in a way. More sad is that one more construction is right away, so next year it will be sad view.Good parking lot, but they may mark them, so everyone know which is where.

Perfect rooms - modern beds and other accessories. Balcony was super big. Location good. Staff was absolutely perfect, nice and professional. They clean room after four days. Good parking lot. Very close to the see and good beachis, you don't need to go with car. I enjoyed it.

Everything was great!

The owners are super friendly and accommodating, the whole family. The villa is located in a quieter area of Ksamil, where you can see neighbour’s goats and chicken on the way to the beach:) Our studio was very clean, cozy and efficiently designed, we had everything we needed for a pleasant stay and a great view from our balcony, where we liked to enjoy the sunsets and our morning coffee.
