Absolutely perfect accommodation. We stayed for one night during our trip, but we could easily have spent a week here. When we arrived, we were given orange juice. The host lady was absolutely amazing, she took care of us like family. She brought us a really great breakfast. There are very friendly cats running around the garden. We are leaving really happy. Thank you very much.

The host family was so kind and hospitable to us. The Lady was like our grandma who took care of even small things in the room for us, cooked us delicious breakfast and had so much interesting small talk with us (even though we had to communicate with Google translate cuz we dont speak Albanian :v). We also didnt have to walk or take bus to the city cuz her husband gave us a ride and even helped us catch the bus back to Tirana. We would definitely come back there when we pay a visit to Berat in the future.

Actually almost nothing. If there's a minor problem, the bathroom shower doesn't cover well so the water goes out everywhere on the floor when we take a shower and the water doesn't dry overnight so we had to put towels on the bathroom floor. But this is not a big deal.

It is our best room throughout our stay in Albania. The room is clean, new and tidy. My standard of cleanliness is normally high and this room meets my expectations. The room looks exactly as it appears. The bed is comfortable and the lady host is so kind and sweet. She tried her best to make us comfortable even though she doesn't speak English. The room comes with TV that has Netflix and a YouTube app. The host gave us delicious welcome drinks from their traditional local oranges. Also our room includes breakfast and she made a great breakfast delivered to our room. We are very satisfied.

The hot water only worked if we showered very early in the morning otherwise we were lucky if it was warm.

The host was extremely friendly, even though she didn't speak much English. She often offered us snacks and sweets for us to try and breakfast was always nice and we were able to eat under the citrus trees. It was a nice 25 min walk to the center.

Not sure if it was a temporary problem but there was no hot water, just little little warm. The neighbors in the next room had the same problem. So ownwer should check this out.

Very nice room, clean, modern, comfortable. Parking near the house. Wifi works good. Breakfast was in the super cute yard around tangerines tree. The owner doesn’t not speak any English, but somehow managed to comunicate something. We love the place and definetly would come back.

Helpful and kind hosts - nice people. Comfortable, well-equipped and clean room and bathroom, beautiful yard with fruit trees, convenient parking - everything you need when traveling by car.

For us it was not a downright minus, but the accommodation is about 20 minutes walk from the center, so it is worth pointing out. Anyway, during the evening walk we didn't feel unsafe anywhere, on the contrary, I forgot my phone in the nearby Spar and the shop assistant ran to me to return it.

So far one of the best accommodations we have been to. The value for money is uncompromisingly the best. The owner lady is great, very nice and communicative even though she doesn't speak much English. We always came to an agreement in the end. Accommodation in a newly built house for two rooms. So everything is beautifully new and clean. In our case, the kitchen was still waiting for the sink to be finished. New air-conditioning, smart TV and well-functioning wi-fi, which is rather exceptional in Albania. Excellent home-made breakfast and heaps of fruit from the garden served on the seating area under the fruit trees. Accommodation in high quality and not only in ave price category. We will be happy to return.

If you want to experience the local hospitality, this is definitely the place. Shpresa and Luli are extremely kind and nice. I have had a chance to see how Shpresa make Bürek. It tasted the best!!! Luli was very kind to bring me to the bus terminal in the morning. Thank you both for everything.

The communication is quite difficult because the host doesn’t speak English and her daughter, which is in Tirana, is the person who manage the guests. We had an issue with the adress, that sent us to another place and later, after dinner, we got locked out of the house because someone locked the gate. We couldn’t reached the host neither her daughter, luckily, minutes after knocking, another guest helped us. We understood those events, just think it’s something to improve and bear in mind when booking this place.

It’s very affordable for what you get. The room is clean and new. It’s 7-10 minutes by from the old city.
