The bed was a little saggy but would still rate this a 10. Also, you need to be fit to carry up the luggage up quite a few steps.

OMG! Amazing breakfast. We stayed at 7 different places this trip and we think this was the best breakfast provided, beating out 5 star hotels. The location is fantastic overlooking the Gorica neighbourhood and an easy walk to Berat Castle. It is rustic and may not be everyone’s taste or style but we loved it!

Wow!!! Excellent property. Gorgeous view. Brilliant location and the hosts are so kind and friendly, even offering to drop us to the bus/furgon station. We were blown away by the delightful breakfast provided in the courtyard. Truly a highlight of our trip to Albania Thank you

Traditional Berati house in middle of Mangalemi. Very atmospheric. Splendid breakfast. Staff kindly brought our luggage up the steep steps from the roadside parking.

I thought the parking was on site but when we arrived it was clear this was impossible as the area is inaccessible by car. Parking available in the main road below with a short steep walk to hotel.

Amazing breakfast - homemade everything including butter, yogurt, bread, orange juice and more! Dryer was not working, but they were happy to try and wash out clothes anyway for free.

The hotel is located in the old town and we found it quite tricky to locate. Thankfully, we noticed the parking barriers with the hotel name on and a very helpful person from the bar on the street directed us to the hotel. The view from the balcony was superb over the river and towards the more modern part of the city. The breakfast was amazing, delicious homemade lemon cake and lovely bread and fruit. Breakfast is usually served on a secluded patio surrounded by plants but, due to rather heavy rain, we ate breakfast inside. It was good to find a kettle in the room and cups were provided upon request. Thank you, much appreciated.

The beds are comfortable and smell good with a touch of the old town in their decoration. We spent only one night and nothing to complain about.

The property is centrally located and offers a great view of the Gorica side of Berat. The room is spacious and designed in a traditional style, with comfortable beds. However, what truly stands out is the exceptional hospitality of the team. On our first day, we enjoyed an amazing breakfast—beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. On the second day, we had an early activity booked in Tirana and couldn’t stay for breakfast. However, the gentleman thoughtfully prepared the food in advance, ensuring we didn’t leave hungry. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

This property is a beautiful place set up in the rock face. It has incredible views of the river with lots of cultural elements . Our room overlooked the river and had a balcony that we could sit on during the afternoon sun.The beds were very comfy and the room was cosy. We really enjoyed our delicious breakfast that had such a wide variety of flavors and foods. Would highly recommend staying here and would rebook on our next visit. Thank you for a lovely stay

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hani i xheblatit ,and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, ensuring that my check-in was smooth and hassle-free. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I loved the attention to detail—fresh linens . Location-wise, the hotel is perfectly situated, with easy access to local attractions, restaurants, and shopping. It truly felt like a home base from which I could explore the area.
