I had an amazing stay at this hotel and would highly recommend it! The owner and her family were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spacious, beautifully decorated, and offered a comfortable bed with a breathtaking view. The breakfast was plentiful and absolutely delicious. Super nice, new and modern hotel! Helen and her staff were amazing, so welcoming and accommodating. Breakfast was great, the room and bathroom is a great size. Plenty of parking, having a car is by far the easiest way to get around here, and the hotel is a decent walk away from the town. Couldn’t have been a better stay 😊

Helen and her staff are the sweetest in the world. No contest. We stayed for 3 nights and it was the best place we stayed while in Albania. Not only were the rooms well kept, so were the surroundings outside the hotel. The breakfast was delicious, the best we’ve ever had at a hotel. The entire staff was so helpful with even the smallest things, and even insisted on helping us on occasion, as we didn’t have a rental car. The rooms are great. The bed is soft, the air conditioner works fast and it’s so clean. We absolutely recommend staying with Helen and her staff when visiting Sarandë!

I will start to say that this is the second time we stay at this hotel and we enjoyed it so much that we made a decision to come every year if it's possible. Trust me, you will not regret if you choose to stay at this hotel. Everything is perfect, and Helen with her family are very very lovely and kind people. I truly don’t know how to start writing this review, but this is the most amazing hotel experience I’ve ever had. Thank you so so so much to Helen and her family for making our first visit to Albania so special. They are the most amazing welcoming people you’ll ever meet, and I still to this day feel so blown away from their hospitality that I’m moved. Imagine coming home after a long day at the beach, getting served an iced cold beer and a pizza from Helen’s mothers recipe - and a question why you didn’t ask them to pick you up instead of calling a taxi. It’s truly like being in someone’s family home, but you also have the most amazing room to retire to whenever you feel like. And the rooms really are as amazing as the photos, if not better. I loved every attention to detail, and we slept like babies every night far away from the noises of the city. The breakfast was perfect and everything we needed to start the day, I especially loved the spanakopita with spinach, onions and cheese (so much that I asked to bring some for our boat ride back to corfu) 🥹. We’ve already asked to book again for next year 🫶🏼

Staying at this hotel was the best experience ever! Helen and her family are absolutely lovely, taking care of every little detail to ensure a perfect stay. From the moment we arrived, they took care of our suitcases, accompanied us to our room, and explained everything we needed to know. Our room, with its balcony overlooking the sea, was amazing. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered – the furniture, the bed sheets, the towels, and, of course, the stunning view. Breakfast was super tasty, with everything freshly cooked. There were plenty of options to choose from, and everything was delicious. We also ordered a freshly made pizza for dinner, which was veeery good. When we realized we had forgotten our beach towels at home, they kindly lent us their own. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to relax and enjoy our holiday. Very well located hotel, very easy to park in, with a beautiful sea view. Very warm welcome, the family who run the hotel are adorable, always ready to listen and answer any request. The service is irreproachable, the breakfast is very complete and excellent, all homemade. Prices are very affordable for a hotel as good as this one. I recommend it 100%, you won't regret your stay. Probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in Albania.

The best accomodation we had during our holidays in Albania. Nice and clean room with a good working AC. The owner Helen and her family are so friendly and helpful. 😊 They even drove us to the city in the evening and picked us up after we finished dinner. I would recommend to rent a car or a scooter. But it is anyway something I would recommend to enjoy the near beaches and the area.

We had a great stay at Helen's Seaside. They did everything possible to make us feel like home. The room was amazing, you have a great seaview and amazing sunsets from the hotel. I highly recommend to stay there.

There's nothing we didn't like.

Our experience was phenomenal. The owner was very polite and was always at the service. She also helped us to get to know the town better.What you see in the pictures is what you get. The room was clean and it smelled real nice. And they kept it clean the whole time. Also we had a nice view of the sea. Don't doubt you won't regret it!

Nothing about the hotel actually. The only recommendation we have if you going to stay in Albania is to rent a car because the taxi drivers will try to scam you!

We loved our stay at Helen’s resort! She is this kind and sweet hostess that will help you with anything at any time and give you good recommendations if you are new to Saranda. The room was tidy clean looking even better than in the pictures also the view from our balcony was amazing and we got to see the most spectacular sunsets in our life. Helen made us feel like home and we are already planning to come back next year with some friends.

Everything was perfect.

Amazing views overlooking Corfu, the sea and Saranda. The mattress was very comfortable, we were told by Elena that these were handmade. Beautiful design of the room as well. Quite area.

The only attention point is that the location is slightly remote, so having a car is advisable. However, a communication from the hotel was received, recommending to have a car. Which was thoughtful to avoid any surprises.

Great view, newness of structure, friendly and attentive staff. I personally liked the softness of the towels and the strength of the AC. Bathrooms were spacious, modern and clean.

the only bad thing is how to get to the location because the only way to get there is by car, so I recommend you to rent a car, but even with that it’s worth to stay here. Helen helped us to rent a car with a good price and also really good attention.

it’s a new hotel and Helen took care of every single detail, it’s amazing, the view from the balcony it’s breath taking, everything is so clean, the bed it’s really really comfortable, the bathroom is incredible, I can not recommend Helen’s Sea Side enough!!! the place is amazing. Helen’s attention was amazing, she’s is so helpful and nice, she try to please us in every possible way. She and her mother are amazing.
