The location not exactly, you have to wait for someone from staf to come and take you to the hotel. But nothing to worry their response it's quick.

We asked on multiple occasions for more toilet roll and none was supplied we had 1 roll for 7 nights. The bin in the bathroom had not been emptied at any point during our stay and we were not supplied clean towels most of the nights. Cooking was a challenge with only one hob.

On arrival nothing in the room for self catering, although once requested some items were provided however these were very limited including just one cooking ring and no electric kettle, no plates only dishes, no forks or tea spoons and only steak type knives. The accomodation is high in the resort with lots of steps and slopes to climb

Good sized room, spacious balcony terrace with great views down to the sea. Free WIFI with fairly decent connections. Although lady on reception had limited English she was very approachable and did her best to resolve any issues and provide assistance when needed.

It was normal place. Not luxury. It is about 2 km. from center. Hotel located in high. Walking to the center is okei. But when You come back ufff we come. It can be really hard walk...It is cheap...What I can say...For that money it is okei.

You need to walk down a v steep hill to get to the beach and town centre & then walk back up again on the way back - hard work in the July heat. Reception isn’t always staffed. No signage on the property, which made it a little difficult to find on the first day.

The balcony with the sea view made this accommodation worthwhile. Air conditioned. Close to a couple of small supermarkets.

Difficult to find, there is no real sign. The girl working there was looking and speaking at us like we were aliens. The bathroom was very dirty. The room is 15-20 mins by walking from the centre, but steep roads. We got really tired so it was not ideal.

The beds are nice. View is okay. For the price its okay. There is a little fridge. Nice balcony.

Room was full of ants! Beds didn't have sheets when we checked in, bathroom floods, fridge was old and broken.

The place is ok for 1 or 2 nights, although the mattress is not very comfortable. Also, there is a kitchen but there is nothing apart from 2 plates and 2 glasses. No microwave or kettle. Just few cutleries, that’s it. It has a lovely terrace.

No elevator, ants, misunderstanding in booking details, tv didn't work.

Very friendly staff. Helped really in all situations. Not so clean, okei 2 stars, but they try. In suite on third floor was a really nice view. In case you go to center it is ok. But when You go back...It is a really hard hard distance...45 degrees corner for 2 kilometers walking.

The area didn't look as good as we would have liked it too. We didn't feel unsafe or anything though. The shower was a bit strange but it worked perfectly fine.

Staff was extremely nice and helpful throughout our stay. Though it was hard to find them at reception we didn't lack anything and they were always ready to help. The rooms were really nice, with AC, private bathrooms and a terrace. It is located close to where the bus from Tirana dropped us off.

- It was supposed to have a kitchen, but there was none. - We had only one blanket to sleep under, which was not enough for us. - Could be cleaner - a cobweb in the bathroom.

- Huge balcony, you could see the sea. - The big room with places to sit. - Bathroom with hot water (which is not a standard everywhere). - Staff who helped us to check in after scheduled hours.

However, we did encounter a small issue with stained pillows. We reached out to the reception for assistance with changing them, but unfortunately, they never came to address the problem.

We recently stayed at a hotel in Saranda and overall, we had a good experience. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Word of warning, the pictures are of the nicest rooms in the accomodation, so don't expect it to look like that unless u get the most expensive rooms. Either way the rooms were nice
