Everything was excellent . Stuff was very friendly and helpful. The room had a great view to the beach , which was only seconds away. We found the underground parking to be very convenient . The swimming pool and the quality of food served definitely made our holidays.Highly recommended!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming seaside hotel in Albania, and it exceeded all expectations. The restaurant wasn't there. Not very good service from the waiter. They had very limited options to choose from the menu. The beach is not good, but this is a problem of the whole Radhime area and not just this hotel. I suggest you visit Palase or Dhermi beach.

The room was very clean, everything you could expect was there. They had a private parking in front of the hotel and underground parking with elevator access as well. The breakfast was exceptional.

Had a fantastic day stay here. The view from the bedroom is incredible! Great beach area and the restaurant is in such a lovely location by the pool. The food was fantastic, both breakfast and dinner. The manager is there from the moment you wake to when you go to bed, and he’s more than happy to help with any problem you may have. All of the staff are super lovely. Honestly, was an amazing stay and would definitely be back/recommend to my friends!

My stay at JOST Caravel was fantastic! The staff was incredibly welcoming and the room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped. The location was ideal—close to attractions but still peaceful. Great if you are looking to explore Vlora while enjoying a peaceful vacation. The beach and pool were perfect for relaxation and the food was delicious, especially the breakfast. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’d highly recommend JOST!

We really enjoyed our stay at this new hotel with comfortable rooms. The rooms are very well cleaned. The pool was nice and across the street you have directly the beach. The underground parking is very convenient. The food that we ordered several times was very good! You also have enough other restaurants closed by. The staff are working very hard every day and are so kind. They were also open to feedback. Would definitely recommend this hotel!

There were not really any options for dinner, and we had to drive 30 minutes each way to get to the city center to get dinner. But totally worth it

The Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff is really nice and professional. The beach is right across the street from the hotel. It’s a bit far from the city center, and there’s not that many restaurants to eat nearby. But it’s totally worth it to go to the cite of Vlore during the night. So many nice restaurants and cafes. The hotel’s breakfast was very good. The service in general was also very good and you could get serves drinks at the pool as well. The view from the hotel room was amazing especially during sunset. The pool is very very nice as well and very big. I can really recommend this place, even though it’s a bit pricey.

The place is brand new and Everything was perfect. The staff make you feel right at home. The beach is just across the street a few seconds walk. The chef was super nice and thoughtful. every single person there was ready to assist with a smile. We will definitely come back again.

This is brand new hotel, everything was tidy and clean, extremelly well maintained. The cleaning ladies make a great job all the time. The stuff was very kind, we are so gratefull to Yorgos, hs responded on all our demands kindly, fast and effcient. Very nice pool and beach is just accros the street. We will definatelly come back

Jost was excellent. It’s brand new, still has some minor work to be done but everything worked perfect and the pool was amazing. Staff are great, friendly and helpful. Room was clean, brand new with high quality furnishings. Would definitely return.

The hotel is brand new! It consists of three buildings. The time we were there, there was some minor constructions at the third building, but there was no noise or anything to bother us. Breakfast was great (Our kid loved the croissants). The pool is huge and super clean. So was the room which was big and made of very good materials. The bed was excellent! The staff was very kind and helpful. Giorgos was literally everywhere (24/7!) and willing to help and advice. Lorentzo thank you for helping me fix the problem occurred with my car. I really appreciate it! Thank you all for the great experience and hospitality!

I felt the view a little strange ( possibly put a small garden or pots on the flat roof in front of the balcony of this particular room). I felt by comparison locally the price was a little bit high - however the standard was very good; even the toiletries were high end.

The hosts were amazing! So accommodating and friendly- Truly lovely people. The accommodation is better than clean it is pristine and modern and the water pressure in the shower is amazing! Beach is literally steps away.

paid for a room with a sea view after taking all my luggages and bags to the room this wasn’t the room i paid for. the staff tried to play it off like it’s a room with a sea view but it’s facing the pool and the sea was to the right of me. had to take all my stuff to the correct room after driving 8 hours straight we were exhausted. there is no phone in the room to contact the reception you would have to call the employee via whatsapp and he would almost never answer and he would always get back to us very late.

I stayed in the Deluxe Suite and would never return. We had 3 rooms in total for 4 adults and 3 children. The hotel is beautiful but the customer service and lack of understanding made our stay very uncomfortable. They kept telling us their "policy" is no outside food or drink (including water) yet failed to put this policy on booking.com or share it with guests. They entered our room and removed 4 water bottles we had put for a baby overnight and put their water back in the fridge. How petty!!! No one told us at check in no water instead they had conveniently printed a piece of paper highlited in red this part. They yelled at us and said go and read the policy. We wanted to have lunch at the restaurant and we were told many excuses like "the restaurant is having problems today", "the chef isn't working", and even "we don't have a restaurant". But at the end they said "no no the restaurant is open 1pm to 11pm so YOU must have misunderstood". There was NO misunderstanding because we speak the local language and English so there isn't a chance to misunderstand. The location is poor - not much around and given they had no restaurant it was difficult to find places to eat. It is not really in the city it is about 20 minutes out. There were works still being done on the hotel so loud noises and banging from 730am until 1030pm. We had 3 rooms and they told one room the wrong number and gave us the key which was very unprofessional given the room was occupied by other guests. The hotel is unfinished and when we were resting they came in to put mirror in the bathroom. Don't open the hotel to make quick money until it's finished properly. We were told "this is our hotel and not your house". I was shocked at the level of aggressiveness and inability to communicate. They stole the contents in my mothers fridge and said they put them in the bin when in fact someone else had taken it.

The rooms were new.

The location is not ideal without a car, it would be great if the hotel could arrange a daily shuttle to Valona a few times a day so guests could use the service for free as the surroundings has nothing to offer. Hotel should communicate and offer more services such as boat trips and be better organised in terms of hotel services such ad the restaurant, beach food… today it is still a work in progress but I trust they will get there :)

Top cleaning, stag was very kind, rooms are new, comfortable and extremely well maintained. The private beach is a plus, the sea is gorgeous. The pool was great. The food was very well presented and good quality.
