The owners were wonderfully friendly. A great breakfast was provided with plenty of choice. Good spacious light bedroom with excellent air conditioning and fridge. The only thing I could wish for is a screen on the shower to make showering easier and the lack of a kettle in the room!

The hotel is excellently placed, it is not in the first row to the beach, which is positive because it is only a two-three minute walk to the private beach with provided umbrellas and sunbeds, but it is far enough away from the noise and music that blares along the length of the beach every night! The hotel has free parking, the rooms are comfortable, clean, have air conditioning, TV, fast WIFI connection, very comfortable bed, large bathroom, nice balcony with a table and two chairs, even a rack for drying clothes! The room is cleaned every day and new clean towels are changed! The breakfast is very high-quality and tasty, maybe a little monotonous, but suitable for a three-star hotel! The staff is very kind and accommodating, especially the beautiful and kind girl at the reception, Bernice Calotti, thank you for every moment you made beautiful, and good luck in your further studies!

It’s a bit loud during the evening due to all the music from the restaurants neae by, but this is the same everywhere on the albenian riviera.

Very good breakfast, central location near the beach, parkint place in front of the hotel. Very good valur for the money paid here.

Nice hotel, new and clean. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast was good, not a lot of different foods but well prepared and fresh. The rooms were big, and our balcony facing the beach was very spacious as well. The location is great also - only a minute from the beach and a few restaurants/bars nearby also. There’s a 24 hour mini market beside the hotel which was perfect when we arrived late and wanted some things. The room could be stocked with some extra things - blankets, coffee machine, more toiletries etc, but it was still fine for a short visit :) satisfied

The hotel was very clean, and close to the sea. Super hospitality, the owner called us a taxi and was ready to help us with anything. The weather was very good even though it was the end of the season. Best quality/price.

Our stay at Hotel Julius was wonderful. Thanks to the friendly staff we felt as at home. Any problem was solved right away. It was also no problem to communicate in english. The breakfast was delicious with very nice sweet buns :) The room was large, clean and very beautyfull. From the huge terrace we had a beautiful view of the sea. A very nice feature is the elevator, so you do not have to climb stairs to the 4th floor. At the End of our stay realy nice receptionist ordered the taxi for us, which was in realy fair price.

I recommend this hotel very much. The owner and the staff is very kind and helpful. They do everything to make our stay amazing. The beach is very close about 2 min walk. The suit is beautiful and the view from the balcony is amazing. The elevator makes the stay so much easier. The breakfast is varied and delicious. If you want to stay in a beautiful hotel with helpful staff, this is the best place for it. Thank you for everything. Definitely will come back.😍

We got a room with two small children on the top, 4th floor, even though the hotel was completely empty. No elevator !!! I take care not to disturb the owner's child ... There is no high chair, no cot, and they promised to get a kettle, but they didn't put it in the room. The refrigerator did not work. Breakfast is a joke. Quarter sausage, two slices of bread and vegetables. Coffee is strictly one! They only speak Albanian, they can't even say hello. The sea view room is also a dream. There is no sun lounger or parasol as described. The owner pushes his child all day, a boring sight. I’ve been traveling for 20 years, but at this hotel I was first asked when we were leaving. neither garden nor bar, there is nothing in this hotel. 4 people received 5 shampoos for 3 nights :) but not a shower gel! They still have to learn because they are awful!

It is (nearly) beach front, and has a section of chairs and umbrellas at the beach itself. It’s right next to a supermarket that accepts credit card. The staff was very nice. The room couldn’t possibly be any better; I had the top floor which had a large bathtub in it, which I enjoyed. The beach-view room had a great view of the sunset.
