The location was lovely, even though it's a pretty rough track to get there but once you arrive, it's forgotten. The room, garden and beach are a perfect place to relax and chill, the owners and staff are very friendly and always around to help with anything you might need to know and nothing seemed too much trouble We stayed for a week and only went out once as the food in the restaurant was exceptional. Both of us look forward to visiting Kallmi View in the future, thankyou for a great week

Nothing! It was perfect!

The location was absolutely beautiful and the rooms were comfortable with every amenity you want! We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing place to spend the first day of our vacation.

The road leading to the property is not very good. (Partially a dirt road). I came by taxi and some taxi drivers refuse to go there while those who do go there charge you extra. It would have been great to know that beforehand. On the day of my arrival there was very loud music in the beach bar. But when i asked, they kindly turned the volume down immediately and kept it down or off for the next days of my stay.

This place is amazing! It’s incredibly beautiful. The room i stayed in was very nice with great attention to detail with a beautiful, lush private garden (shared only with the other room) and sea view. The beach is nice, with umbrellas and comfy sunbeds. The owners Tano and Lida are very friendly hosts. If you ask them they are happy to do anything for you to feel at home. The home cooked food is delicious! The stay might be on the more expensive side, but what you get is a truly unique experience in a beautiful atmosphere.

Breakfast is not included in the price but very good. It's a little bit more expensive when you compare with others. And a pitty when the sun goes under you have mosquitoes that come out. But overall we liked it very much.

If you need a relax vacation this is the place. There are only 2 rooms with view on the sea and private garden. Next to the rooms you have a restaurant were you can order food and drinks. The rooms are very nice decorated and you can relax in the garden.

The hosts have created a paradise on earth, they are nice and helpful, wonderful surroundings, sea view, the sound of waves, private garden with deckchairs from which you can admire the sunsets. The room was clean and atmospheric. Bicycles are available. I suggest buying breakfasts that are diverse and delicious. Prepared on site by the hostess.

It was just what I was looking for. A piece of paradise with a private beach in front of the house. All comfortable with the smallest details. Linda's fabulous cooking exceeded my expectations. I was very grateful for their hospitality. I will definitly come back.

Fabulous place to stay, secluded but very close to Durres city. A family run business and they do everything they can to make your stay amazing. The food was the best we've had and the room was spotless and had everything you need with its own private garden and access to the beach. There is no WIFI but I had an Albanian SIM card and just used hotspot for the other devices. No real problem. It's very peaceful and friendly and we'll definitely like to come back.

Some of the beach furniture is a little worn out.

Incredible stay! The hotel is family owned and is located right at the beach. There are only two rooms (they are stunning) and there is a small garden in front of them for hotel guests only, from where you can enjoy the sunset over the sea. The food is made by the mother with fresh, local ingredients, and it was one of the best food experiences on our Balkan trip! We would definitely come back!

Only 2 villas so you have a private patio area overlooking the beach. The staff was absolutely the most hospitable and friendly couple ever. The food was so amazing, think home made and made with love. You truly feel like you’re in a secluded island and all your stress and worries melt away here 🩵

Just a heads up, you'll need to drive a 1km stretch of off-road terrain, but nothing too crazy. Also, grocery shopping could be a challenge as there aren't any stores nearby, so I suggest get whatever you need in the city center before getting there. The beach isn't great for swimming, but if you're just looking to sunbathe, it's usually quiet and just right.

A great view of the sea and the hills. The place is family-owned, and they're all very friendly and easy to talk to. They put a lot of effort into making sure their guests have a good time. The food's tasty, although it might be a bit more than you'd expect to pay in Albania. It's peaceful in the evening, so you can enjoy a quiet dinner while watching a beautiful sunset. The beach isn't too busy, so it's a nice place to relax. Rooms were clean, and having a private yard was a nice touch.

Nothing, it was perfect.

It really was like staying in a little slice of paradise here. Beautiful view out across the sea in a lovely, comfortable, well-presented and generous room. The owners are lovely people, very friendly and helpful, and the food is amazing. Every meal we had (yes, the breakfasts!) was delicious, and all homemade by them. We felt very spoilt. The restaurant has a lovely ambience too. You can tell they put their heart and soul into it all. We were here for a few nights and spent a whole day just lounging around our room and the private sun-lounging area, and walking out from here. Went snorkelling in the sea right outside to see all the sea urchins, fish and plant life too; and they have someone there to look after the beach immediately in front as well (other stretches further up were covered in litter, not here!). Would love to come back. Highly recommended.

This exceeded my expectations. Beautiful room and resort, beach right outside your door, lovely staff and delicious food. I didn't even need to leave and go anywhere else. Can't wait to come back!
