No where in room to charge phones etc in room. I stayed in 4 bed dorm. Bed I stayed in had a bed pushed up right next to it so it would have been very awkward if someone else was in other bed (especially as it was a mixed dorm). Beds could easily be separated with a bedside table.

Cute little place run by a very nice family. Comfortable beds, perfect for staying after doing the Valbona-Theth trek. Had dinner there and the soup was the best I have tasted in Albania!

This stay was an absolute favourite of our two month trip around Europe! Amazing helpful staff. Fantastic food - we loved everyone dining together at night got to meet some lovely people. Bathroom was a little small

clean, comfortable room with an amazing view from the window! Although the older lady did not speak English, the younger lady spoke English very well and was extremely welcoming. Offered me a drink and gave me a tour of the facilities. They offer dinner for 12€ and breakfast for 8€ with vegetarian options. Close to theth church so great if you are doing the blue eye hike.

The bathroom to guest ratio is not good. There are two bathrooms which are shared across three levels and when it's fully booked (as it was when we stayed) that means approximately 20 people are sharing two toilets and two showers. Not a huge issue if you're happy to wait but two guests were unwell during our stay and had to have a bathroom each for the entire night. The top room does get very hot once the sun comes up. A blind or curtain over the window to shade the morning light would be a good idea

The guesthouse was in a great location in Theth. The dinners each night were a great way for everyone to meet and connect and created a really social atmosphere. The guesthouse itself was very cute and we had fabulous mountain views.

Nice stay near all the mountain trails. It's easy to reach the accomodation with a public bus from Shkoder. Room was really nice and comfortable. We liked the breakfast which costs 6euros per person. We also had dinner there but it costs 12 euros per person. Food is really good. Everyone was really nice and helpful. We were able to fill our water bottles in the garden.

The light in the bathroom could not be turned off... we just closed the door at night to not get disturb by the light

The location is amazing and the owner and her dautghter who were there ruling the place were very nice and welcoming which create a warm atmosphere between all guest. It was very nice to share breakfast and dinner with the other guest. Some people come to help the owner, her dautghter or volunteer so we always had interlocutor speaking our langage (spanish / english / french)

I had a very nice stay in this cute house, led by very nice ladies (love to support female run businesses!). I booked a double room with my own bathroom, which was good in my case, as I got sick. The hosts were very nice and took care of me with tea and stomach friendly food. I really appreciate it. Guest house Rupa is in a good location in the village, which means close to the centre/supermarket/cafe, but also close to the trail which leads to the blue eye/waterfalls. For people without a car a great benefit. Theth has many houses spread out in the village – after arriving you might have to walk a few kms from the centre to your guest house if the bus doesn't drop you off at the door. I really appreciated the food, as I am vegetarian. The host cooks mostly vege food and you can add meat on top of it, if you want. Just a hint for low budget travellers: you have to pay extra for this (also bit higher priced for Albanian standards), but considering the quality, I was happy to do so. You will meet other travelers in the evening when everyone has food together outside in the garden, with the beautiful panorama of the mountains, the view to the church of Theth and the rushing of the creek in the back. It's veryyyy idyllic!

No isolation between rooms. So couldn't sleep because girls in upstair room were very noisy until late time So i talked to owner and she solve problem out.. She was really very cooperative and very good person.

There wasn't anything I didn't like about this property.

Absolutely stunning house with amazing staff and a very delicious food! They used the outer space so well, perfectly aligned to the nature in Theth! The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful! The food was delicious and the rooms super comfortable! The prices were also very reasonable! I will definitely look for this property anytime I'll stay in Theth! It was a great experience!

All guests eat together which is a really nice way to meet people, picked up some great tips for our onward travels. All in a beautiful location too. There’s nothing not to like about this place- definitely recommend

The cost felt slightly high compared to other guest houses in the town, but meals were essentially all-you-can-eat, so we didn’t complain much.

We loved the room we stayed in with lots of extra blankets provided. The setting is truly amazing. Location is closer to Blue Eye if you want to hike all the way there (11 miles round trip) There are two hammocks on the property which we enjoyed, and the outdoor dining area was a great place to meet other travelers over meals prepared by the guest house. They sell dinner for €12 and breakfast for €6
