Everything was more than ok.

A very nice newly built hotel, outside the chaotic center of Saranda, with a nice sea view. The hotel staff is amazing. Very friendly and professional. We were warmly welcomed by the ' lady of the house' who did everything to make us feel at home. As said, the hotel is new and modern. We had a room with sea view and balcony. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. Everything was clean. Although we were there out of season, we were served with a nice breakfast ( which is not always the case in Albania).

While the hotel experience was great, the surrounding area is not very walkable, especially if you take the steps behind the hotel. To get around, you’ll need to follow the main roads, which makes the route longer than expected.

This hotel was truly great. The hostess was incredibly kind and made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived, even offering to wash our clothes free of charge. The hotel itself is brand new, clean, and the rooms feel luxurious. We had a room with sea view,m which was very nice. The breakfast was simple but nice. Overall, very glad we stayed here.

Beautiful hotel and room! We enjoyed our balcony with the gorgeous view of the sea and Corfu. The staff was friendly and we had no problem with speaking English. We loved the included breakfast and even enjoyed 2 dinners in the restaurant. Location was perfect with off street parking.

The breakfast could have had some varieties. It was pretty much the same for the 5 days I was there.

I stayed at the Litan hotel for 5 nights during my visit to Sarande. I’ve thoroughly enjoyed my stay and the people there have played a huge role in it. I want to thank the wonderful people including Silvana, Aartha, Jony and many more who made my stay a memorable one. To those who want a place close to the beach, let me warn you that this would not be an ideal choice as it’s almost 15 mins away by walk and you have steep hill to navigate on your way back. I was looking for some peace and quiet with a wonderful view of the beach, and this hotel offered exactly what I was looking for. The rooms are amazing and so is the food. I love the area and it’s a nice road to go for an evening jog. They also have their own car park which makes parking easy. I would totally recommend this hotel. The people treat you like a friend or a family member. Thank you so much for having me.

We loved Litan Hotel. Like many hotels we stayed at in Albania, it is a family affair. The facility is modern and spacious and had a family room for our four travellers. Breakfast had a good variety and many homemade items. The location was good for our day trips to Butrint and Gjirokaster. We also were able to walk and drive to the waterfront in Sarande, We visited off season which we highly recommend. We may have been the only visitors but had gorgeous weather and no crowds. We also had dinner one night in the hotel restaurant with homemade food. So amazing. Views to Corfu were incredible. Quick note: the ferry to Corfu only runs once per day in December so our day trip did not work out but we had so much to hike and see in Ksamil, Butrint, etc. that it was fine. Discover Albania before everyone else does. It is really a country still emerging. How exciting! The people are so lovely- hospitality is a priority!

We had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Litan Hotel. The host was superb, and all the staff were friendly. It’s a family-run business, and the owner was very kind to us. The bartender and restaurant staff member made fantastic coffee and cocktails. Additionally, they even offered us complimentary cocktails!

This is a family run hotel and the staff are very attentive and helpful. They make you feel at home and will help you anyway they can. The excellent service continues in the dining room with a good menu serving delicious meals using fresh produce. The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. The balcony was the perfect spot for watching the amazing sunsets over the water. I highly recommend staying at Litan Hotel.

The hotel was newly built. Room was spacious enough, perfectly clean. All the equipments were there as you need. The sea view from the balcony was awesome The Stuffs were very friendly and helpful. We have met the hotel owner. She was really kind, smiling and helpful. If you need anything she is there for you.. 😊.. They have enough parking space if you need. Breakfast was really great. They have halal options as well. It was a great stay.. 😊

The staff at Litan Hotel went above and beyond to make our stay in Saranda special. From helping us with car hire, to laundry service and arranging us transport on departure, nothing was too much trouble and we really appreciated their hospitality during our 5 night stay.
