Road to Lumra rooms is the only bad thing.

Everything is perfect. View is amazing. People there very kind, and the food they make is delicious. You forget 15 min walk when you get to the beach with crystal light blue water. Really impressed, because they cleaned rooms every day and give you new towels. Thank you guys for relaxing&chill vacation :)

There is a 5-8 min very bad road at the villa. If you have a low car ask before booking.

One of the best guest houses I can imagine in Albania with a dream remote location and a spectacular view over the sea. The room was super comfortable and the food was delicious. The family running the guest house was so kind and friendly and really made me feel at home, the dad even drove me to the village to take the minibus to my next location 😁 The beach 10 walking minutes away was very relaxed and not as touristy as other beaches in the area. Absolutely recommendable!

The road taking you to the villa and to the beach is a bit difficult. It needs experienced drivers or 4x4 vehicles. With small cars, you can go to the villa by car and then go to the beach walking. Because the road has sand and in some places the sand is deep and the car might stuck.

Pretty much everything, the apartment was in a beautiful and well maintained villa, surrounded by flowers everywhere. The sea view was very unique! The hosts were very polite and accommodating. There you can eat breakfast and dinner if you like, the food is delicious! 15 minutes walking down from the villa, you find a beach, we liked it very much, a bit intimate and very little touched by human hand.

Dirt road along the mountainside is quite challenging, but I think it also protects this place and keeps it so calm, so you can think about it as a feature. Be aware that when you come back from the beach you should walk uphill. However, also possible to use the car to get down to the beach.

Absolutely breathtaking view of sea and mountains. The location is amazing for those who looking for a calm and relaxing vacation. The hotel is located offroad, in a very green area 15 minutes walk from a very beautiful not crowded beach. The owners and staff are very friendly and always ready to help. The food is very tasty, with big portions. Since this year owners installed air conditioners in rooms. It was only a only question when we arrived at 35 degrees heat, however when we found that AC was installed and works we decided to prolong our stay for more days.

We loved absolutely everything about Lumra Rooms! This family-run hotel is welcoming, clean, comfortable and so peaceful. The views are magnificent. Food is delicious, home cooked and well priced. The garden is a joy. It is approx 500m walk (steep hill) to a relaxed beach complete with beach bar. It is a rocky dirt road leading to the hotel, but this is manageable for most cars and absolutely worth the traverse. We are already planning our next visit!

The only real downside of the place is the access, it is a winding, narrow, rocky road... if you are not a daring driver you will have a hard time. This is what allows the house to be so isolated and so beautiful too. I really hope they manage to improve the road, the house deserves it.

Lumra has an amazing location with incredible views! It is a beautiful manor house in the middle of the mountain. The family room was very spacious, ideal for 4 people. We had direct access to the beautiful garden full of flowers. You can access down to the beach, it is a 20’ walk. It has a small restaurant where you can have breakfast and dinner for very affordable prices. The menu is short but everything is homemade and very delicious. The room does not have air conditioning but at night the fan is more than enough. The person who runs it is very friendly at all times, and they are always attentive to what you need. We will recommend this place 100%

Isolated location between the village of Lukove (higher on the mountain), and the beach. The road to the pension is unpaved, and can only be driven slowly if you do not want to damage your car. For guests travelling with public transport the location is a bit troublesome. The local taxi drivers tend to overcharge for the road, probably because of the bad quality. Walk to the beach is about 15 min (down) and 20 min (up).

Quiet place with nice garden, spacious room with balcony with splendid view on the Ionian sea, opposite the Greek island of Corfu. With clear weather other Greek islands 50 km away can be seen. Surprisingly good internet. Very kind hosts (a family), simple but delicious food for very affordable prices. Isolated location which makes it really a place to relax, though there also some disadvantages to it (see below).

As a family with a little kid it wasn’t easy to walk till the beach (mostly on the way back the hill was very steep) but once there the beach was marvelous. So better drive till the beach if you plan to carry things down there. Consider that the road needs a good driver!

The room was excellent. The service and cleanliness too. The owners were very kind and the food was delicious. The view from the building was quite romantic. You can choose between two bays to beach and both of them are very quiet, clean and vergine.

We liked everything about Lumra Rooms. I’m backpacking with my two teens and we’ve been through France, Italy and Greece before Albania and this is our favourite place we’ve stayed. Lovely room Opening onto the garden. The garden!! Like the garden of Eden! So pretty. The food is gorgeous. And the hospitality is wonderful. So friendly, kind and helpful. Even taking us up the hill to the bus with our backpacks. And the beach is great, about a 15 minute walk away. You’d need to be relatively mobile to do it, but we thought the walk was fun.

We enjoy our ride there, but the road to the hotel from town can be tricky, since it is dirt and rocky. To compensate, the views from the road are great.

The location was astounding. The hotel is perching on a hillside, in the middle of nature. Rooms with ocean view are wonderful. This guesthouse is a family business, and the owners are extremely nice and helpful. Good English spoken. Our room was large, airy and spotless clean. There is a 5-10 minute walk to a nice public beach, with very little people there.

The hotel is in an amazing location on a prominentey overlooking the sea's coastline. The owner is a keen gardener I've e never seen such a beautiful array of flowers, lillies and lemon trees. The food was home cooked and excellent, served with charm and a smile ..no request was too much..I would highly recommend this establishment..yes the road down is bumpy ..go slowly and the reward is well worth it and the sea at the end is one almost untouched stretch of coast.
